Host was very welcoming and was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was perfect, clean and plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend staying here.

The communication with host was great. The pool and pool area were clean. However, the house is in great disrepair. Stains on walls, carpet, mold on shower curtains. There were outlet cover missing and front bathroom vanity pcs missing. I get these houses get used, but these things were beyond that. The fridge and pool heat quit working, the host communicated and fixed those timely. But the house was gross and I wouldn’t stay here again. The positives were house is close to Walmart and the community pool was decent.
Community pool was okay.

Clean upon arrival, very large space that accommodated our large group. Pool and hot tub were warmed and heated upon arrival as well. Just be careful of the HOA rules of no parking on the street or grass, and one unwritten rule of blocking any part of the sidewalk. My bumper was over hanging the sidewalk and I was towed out of the driveway. Not the house management’s fault…. Just know the HOA is very aggressive with towing cars.

The residence was indeed ideal for our extensive family. However, I found the cleanliness of the place somewhat lacking. There was a significant need for renovation. The carpets and tiles were noticeably soiled. The bedroom was adorned with an abundance of black hair on the sheets. We took the initiative to wash all the sheets. The pool, on the other hand, was intended to be heated but unfortunately, it never reached a warm temperature until our final departure day. I would not consider staying here again. The staff at the busy establishment were quite approachable and were always ready to assist.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your comments regarding the carpets, sheets, and overall condition have been shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams for immediate review and improvement. Regarding the pool heat, I apologize that it wasn’t up to expectations during your stay. We’ve rarely had issues with the pool heating in the past, and to our understanding, we had addressed the concern once it was reported. I’m sorry to hear it didn’t improve sooner. We also made sure to accommodate your early check-in request, and we hope that helped make your arrival a bit smoother. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and I sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better experience.
