Our experience was great! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and exceptionally hospitable. They made sure our stay was comfortable and what we expected. The home was perfect for our family of 5 plus dog. Very cute neighborhood and right down the street from a great little park we made sure to enjoy with the kids. Would stay again!

Sewage smell caused us to vacate property early. Electrical outlets in kitchen and half of living room did not work. Dead moths hanging from cobwebs in living room. Dead roach in bed!! Rented house for 8 days, could only stay 3. Just horrible!!

A bit of background, I am a House/Property/Estate Manager and chef for a wealthy family (think of Alfred from Batman and not a rental manager) and i take both of my professions seriously when it comes to reviews. I get that there is a big difference between this house and my bosses property but I will say that this house needs some seriouse TLC and I do not recommend staying at this house anymore due to some minor and some major issues. Having my experience in this line of work I took pictures of everything the day we arrived and the day we left as well as pictures of issues we found while staying there (for protection purposes only). I could go into greater detail, however I do not believe this is the place to post these deficiencies. I will admit, while I believe this house is in serious need to be removed from the airb&b website's until several thousand dollars of repairs are done; i will however say, the host was amazing and communicated with us the entire time, and the checking in/out was smooth. Hopefully this helps with other people who are looking at getting an airb&b. If management or host would like more information in regard to my stay, they are more than welcome to contact me to discuss everything further. Thank you very much for the hospitality either way.

It was a nice stay. The home has a kitchen and bathroom in both the upstairs and downstairs, so it would be good for a couple of small families if they wanted to split the cost, or a larger family. There are 4 queen beds total. 2 upstairs in each of the bedrooms. And a double queen bunk bed downstairs. They were comfortable enough. The house is about 1500 sqft total with the footage split between upstairs and down evenly. So it is fairly small overall. The location is decent. There is a park a block away. An Albertson's about 4 blocks away for food and supplies. Overall, not a bad place. Though maybe a little pricey for what it is.

The basement

We LOVED the downstairs. It was like having a while separate aprtment. I highly recommend families or small groups staying here. The backyard was amazong too and is perfect dir gatherings.

Great House with lots of room

This was a great house with lots of space for a family. When we had a problem with the door lock the owner was fast to respond and came to the house to take care of us.
