Del Boca Frippsta is a lovely villa offering stunning ocean views.  On the north end of the island, this property is located across the street from the championship golf course Ocean Point, perfect for a golf vacation.

The renovated villa offers ocean views from almost every room and has a balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation.  Watch dolphins swim by, osprey fishing for their next meal and take in the sound of the waves & warm ocean breezes.

Gather around in the open concept living areas, including a well stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  Everything you need is at hand for “home cooked” meals.  The living area is spacious and offers a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

On the main level there is a Queen guest suite along with a ½ bath.  On the second floor, there is a primary King ensuite with a double vanity and large walk in shower.  There is also a Queen (with additional twin trundle) guest suite that overlooks the ocean and is also a full ensuite.  The full-size washer and dryer is located on the 2nd floor as well.

Access the ever-growing beach right from the back of the condo. There is direct boardwalk access to the beach or fishing right from the surf.

Get out and explore all the Fripp has to offer, including amazing wildlife and fun activities.  A 4-seater golf cart is included with your stay for added convenience.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
