Cozy carriage house just blocks from the emerald green waters and white sand beaches of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This stylish cottage is detached from the main home and features a queen bed, living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large walk-in closet. It is the perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach!

Located within 1 mile of several restaurants & shopping areas including Goatfeathers, Local Catch, Pecan Jacks, Shunk Gulley, New Papa Surf burgers, and the highly sought after shopping area of Gulf Place.

*There is no washer and dryer in this carriage house*

Signed rental agreement required after booking.

Property was just as described and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Would stay here again.

Beach Trip

Needed a place to sleep after we played all day on the beach with our kids and grandkids. We really only showered and slept here. Bed is comfy!

Quiet and clean

My wife and I stayed a few days. Off street parking, hot water, big soft bed plus a sofa bed !! Short walk to the beaches. Walked to Shunk gulley and johnnie McTigh’s pub to watch the games. Will return as Bruce and Amanda were on top of every question.

This little carriage house was clean, fresh, and well appointed with lovely, soft bed linens, coffee, etc. Great price, great neighborhood! We loved our visit to the Blue Mountain / Grayton Beach area. We rented bikes and rode bikes every day of our vacation. This home is very near to 30-A and the walk/bike path. One of our favorite places to bike nearby was Topsail State Park, just down the road a couple of miles. All in all, a great place!

First time in Florida a family vacation, everything was amazing. Clean houses, fully furnished, have beach chairs and an umbrella for use which is nice because I saved money using them. Gave recommendations for local eating. I will be back!

Wouldn't recommend longer than one night

Clean, good neighborhood. However, only 2 washcloths and 4 towels for 6 nights. My husband had to buy more to have enough for our stay. Beach chairs were rusted, one didn't recline, and looked like black mildew stains on both. Probably wouldn't book with in future.
