Perfect Location

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and will probably book again for next years spring break. Very nice quiet location two minutes from the beach.

Great location, short walk to the beach. This is an up stairs unit. Consider painting the edge of the steps, would be helpful to see. Needs a fire extinguisher.

Great Stay

Has a great easy walk to the public beach. Easy drive/bike ride to seaside. Washer/Dryer on location was a huge help. Had 2 pools the kids loved!

30A fun

We loved the place! Peter, the owner, was fantastic!!! The management company was not! There was a problem with a water pipe so we were without water for the night. That was not a problem. Things like that happen. The problem was little to no communication from the management company. They never informed us about what was going on. They never told us the water was back on and never informed us of the need to boil water for 48 hours. Luckily Peter was great at keeping us informed.

Perfect spot

The location was great! We walked to the convenience store each day for ice and snacks and then straight to the beach boardwalk. The place was clean and had plenty of space for my friend and I. One of us slept in the bed and the other on the couch and we were both comfortable. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would stay here again!

Mother/Daughter Getaway

My daughter turned 16 this week and we loved staying here! We walked right across the street to the beach for an early morning walk, swimming and tanning mid day and then again for the evening and sunset! Loved making food at condo to save on meals but then could splurge at many different local restaurants. It was perfect for us.

Great place!

The condo was very clean when we arrived and it was a great size for 2 adults. We appreciated the full kitchen since we cooked in a couple nights. Right across the street from the beach though you can’t use the closest beach access as its private. The public beach is about an 8 minute walk but not bad. It was also convenient being right next to the Tom Thumb!

Summer Trip

My family and I stayed here for several days leading up to July 4th. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. The condo is close to shopping/dinning and the beach access is right across the street, with easy access to the "public beach area" We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

One week stay

Unit never got cool, AC on the way out. Difficult to sleep during night as warm. Had items stolen from outside our front door after returning from beach. Beach and water beautiful! Carpet in master bedroom old needs to go.

Updated”ish”

They did the best they could with what they had. No washer or dryer at the unit we stayed in, but there was at the facilities main property. The pool was disgusting. A line of yucky film surrounded the pool. Shower did not work at the pool either. Wish the bed was a king. Great location to the public beach access and having a convenience store on the corner was a plus too.

Weekend in Seagrove

This is the second time my girlfriend and I stayed at this property. We love the location and the fact that it’s a second floor condo. It is always quiet, but this year things were especially quiet. We arrived as all the spring break crowd was leaving. We enjoy the kitchen and always cook at least one meal. The balcony is great for eating and just relaxing. Beach access is simple and about a 2-3 minute walk from the room. My only complaint is that the air conditioning filter had not been changed since last April. There were no replacements, so I bought one at the Water Color Publix. Overall, a good choice for a weekend at the beach.
