Great home, amazing outdoor spaces, very helpful host. Location was convenient, about 10 min drive d/t & easy access to other areas. The pool is heavenly. We had the most unlikely Palm Springs weather with temps in low 50s the most rain fall in years. We lost power for 5 hours and our host sent someone over with flashlights and lanterns. She also suggested we turn the pool heat up which allowed us to use the pool & hot tub during the rain. The outdoor fire pit is beautiful. There is a “relaxing” patio with hammocks and the cutest sunflower ration swings. Love PS because of the excellent food choices f this location allowed us to reach it all easily. And…it was definitely spotlessly clean.

Cannot recommend this house enough. The pictures don't do it justice. Perfectly appointed, sparking clean and drama free stay. The host was helpful, but did not hover. If we ever make it back to Palm Springs I will for sure try to book a stay here again.

Perfect home and location for rest and relaxation. The pool and home are phenomenol. The host has provided everything you will need for your stay. Location is right around the corner from Indian Canyon and Palm Canyon Drives. Fantastic 10 day stay!

Fabulous stay!

The house was exactly as pictured, and the yard was amazing. Great location for doing things in town or heading out for a day trip. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Susan was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Marvelous Mid Century Mod

We loved the house, the host, and so close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and spa daily and had a blissful sleep each night. The kitchen was fully equipped. Perfect!

The mountain view was spectacular. The grounds are impeccably landscaped and the pool is fabulous.The house is well laid out, well stocked and beautifully decorated for the mid-century modern period. We had a great week!!

Amazing Palm Springs House

This was a perfect backyard oasis - pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for! The house was perfect for our family of 4 for a relaxing and fun weekend in Palm Springs. The location is also fantastic we were less than a 5 minute drive to every restaurant and store we wanted to go to. The house had absolutely everything we needed to have several dinners at home. The views from the backyard are stunning! Lots of spaces to lounge outside and take in the beauty!

Everything You Need!!!

The property comes as advertised. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a memorable vacation in Palm Springs. The check in process was easy and Susan was able to accommodate our family with an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The home was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, towels and pool floaties were available, no need to bring your own. The pool side bar was a nice touch and served as a great place to keep the drinks cold and mix up a margarita for happy hour. The pool, spa, fireplace, hammock lounge are the show stoppers here...the outdoor living space is amazing. We enjoyed spending mornings, afternoons and evenings in the yard. Grocery stores (Albertsons, Stater Bros), Starbucks, a few restaurants are within walking distance and if you have some time, the walk to downtown will take you about 30-40 mins. Great location in a quite and safe neighborhood! I would recommend this space for anyone looking to get away with their family for a few days or weeks!

Perfect as always!

This property is our go to when in Palm Springs. Susie is excellent to communicate with and the house is clean, and well equipped. The outside is private, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. Raquet Club Estates is a quiet neighborhood. This house provides the perfect place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustlenof life.

Lovely stay

Exactly as depicted in pics and description. We enjoyed our 4 night visit. The house and grounds are immaculate and the neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and shopping.

Great Time/Fun In The Sun!

Wonderful stay, house was beautiful and well stocked for family/friends. Close to downtown. Great host communication and layout of the house and the backyard were amazing! The outdoor kitchen and grill was a plus! Pool and hot tub Was perfectly heated all times! So clean!! Laundry plus!

Fantastic Property/Superb Host

Check in was a breeze, the property was spotless, and the pool very warm, which served us well as a cold front had moved through. We had an absolute wonderful time and communication with the host was the best I’ve ever experienced.

Wonderful place to stay!

A wonderful place to stay with everything you need. Fantastic, clean and warm pool and great hot tub. Nice outdoor area with hammocks and loungers. Comfortable and well appointed house. Super friendly and responsive host. Would 100% stay again!

After a happy and thriving experience with our first vacation rental in Palm Springs, Via Miraleste, my husband and I purchased Via Jacques in April 2013 and have gone through major renovations to bring our guests a taste of Palm Springs mid-century living with all of the amenities of today.
I love mid century design and love being a host to my guests.
My family and I live in Orange County, California, about 1 1/2 hours from Via Jacques (in another mid-century property!) and spend a good deal of time in Palm Springs tending to our properties.

I purchased Via Jacques in April 2013 after looking at dozens of homes in Palm Springs. Via Jacques has wonderful light, beautiful views of the mountains, is very private and peaceful and just has a good all-around 'feel'. I loved that the entire pool, fire pit and spa could be viewed from the living room and dining area--really an indoor/outdoor experience.

Via Jacques boasts not only a large pool and built-in spa, but a proper fireplace indoors and an outdoor firepit with lots of seating around it. I also loved that Via Jacques fulfilled my 'must have' of an unobstructed view of the mountains. The deal clincher was the poolside bar with full size fridge, large sink, and plenty of storage and counterspace to blend favorite frosty drinks. Now you can blend away and then fill your friends' glasses just steps from the pool!
