My husband and I traveled from Tennessee to Seattle to visit our son and Grandson. This property was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so good every night It was perfectly located and so easy to check in. The host Vince was so helpful and returned all my messages right away. We felt very safe and It was within walking distance to our favorite bakery and local shopping. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The price was perfect and we will definitely stay here every time we visit our family

Excellent get away

The property initially looks like it’s in a parking lot, which it kind of is, but don’t let that fool you. It’s perfectly located in town within walking distance of the shops and dog park. The unit we had was clean and well stocked with all of the amenities you could need. Overall great experience. Would definitely come back.

We spent two very pleasant and comfortable nights at Night Owl Perch in Stanwood. The house is a historic old building and our unit was completely updated with everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean. From the house, it is an easy walk to a street of lovely shops and restaurants. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

The place was perfect and everything went smoothly. Restaurants are in walking distance. The only negative was the train noise but there were ear plugs in the bathroom. I would stay again if I needed to be in Stanwood.
