This sweet studio in Mount Vernon has everything you need to be comfortable.
It features a new queen bed plus comfortable seating for you, guests and your dog. With WiFi, heating, and AC, you can stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay. The bar has a microwave, coffee maker and hot water pot, plus an small refrigerator with freezer. Of course, it's fully equipped with flatware, dishes, cups and glassware and the other things you need for breakfast and snack preparation.
The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials you need, but there is no tub.
A private patio is all yours, plus a fully fenced yard for your pooch and a propane bbq.
Enjoy all that Mount Vernon has to offer when you stay in our studio. You'll be 5 minutes from downtown Mount Vernon, a few blocks from the regional hospital, 4 minutes from Little Mountain Park and hiking trails. Plus all of the Skagit Valley stretches before you, tulips, beaches, restaurants, shopping, all just minutes away.

Lovely, calm retreat! The studio is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and is the perfect space for a little get away. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and the area has many parks that are easy to walk to. Judy was very kind and helpful the entire stay. I would definitely come back!

Perfect spot for us and our pup. Nice sitting area on deck with complete access to yard for our doggie. Everything was clean and just as described. Would definitely go back.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it so much. The unit is so cute, I don't think the pictures do it justice. There are apple trees in the yard that we were welcome to and they were delicious. The neighborhood is clean and quiet.I loved the towels! When I first used a hand towel I was surprised how thick and soft they are, the bath towels are oversized.Our original plan was to have a dog sitter but she fell ill so ended up taking our two dogs, German Shepherd and lab/pit mix. Fortunately that was not a problem for them. Our dogs were welcome and we had no problem with them. We did take a couple of sheets with us to cover the couch to keep dog hair off but there also is a cover available.The property owner was out of town while we were there but she was very quick to respond to us on the app. Her daughter was also very responsive with any questions we had.We had a wonderful experience staying there. It's cute, clean and cozy, and the property owner was respectful and friendly.

Lovely studio, so nicely appointed and very good location. We visited La Conner, Anacortes and the Bertleson Winery, all very convenient from this quiet neighborhood location.

I visit Mount Vernon frequently, and this is the best short-term stay I've found in the area. Clean, quiet, cozy, with a great yard and a nice, responsive host. Highly recommended!

Judy is an excellent host, with quick, personable communication, making sure the booking process, check in, and my comfort was smooth and taken care of. The apartment had everything I needed, and a nice fenced yard for my pup. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well. The linens and blankets were especially luxurious, with lots of fluffy pillows. The location was so convenient to all the places I needed to be - just a few blocks away! The neighborhood was calm and quiet, in a good part of town. The price was very reasonable. Internet was fast. Parking right by the door, and off-street. The gardens are beautiful and there's a peaceful little deck to sit outside and relax. Again, Judy was a wonderful host. She lives in the adjoining house, but you'd never even know she was there, unless you need her. I did have the pleasure of meeting her and she's as nice as her written communications. This IS a dog-friendly space. Even though it's perfectly clean, if you're sensitive/allergic to dogs, this isn't for you. Dog parents, this is a true treasure of a place and you and your pup will be very happy here!

Everyone is welcome, but the suite is especially suited to travelers with a dog and those dogs leave behind dog hair. We do our best, but someone who's sensitive to dog hair might not do well. Perfect Weekend Getaway

My dog and I loved our stay. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing evening after long days of adventuring. The location was perfect to explore both the islands and north cascades during our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My dog and I enjoyed the yard space and patio as well. The host Judy was an excellent communicator and checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were having a great time. My dog loved visiting with Judy each time she went outside and she was very friendly and welcoming of us. We had an excellent stay!

This was one of our favorite VRBOs! It was bright and comfortable. The perfect size for my husband, dog and I. Our dog loved the large grassy yard and nearby park. The home is close to the river walk and trendy restaurants. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

I was born and raised in Seattle, but left the Northwest to travel and then built a life in California. Now that my kids are grown, I'm back in Washington. My family has all migrated north to the Skagit Valley, so this is where I've settled. I love it here and also love the opportunity to introduce others to its beauty and energy.
Since we're a doggy bunch, I'm happy that I can host travelers with dogs, particularly since we have a large fenced yard with access right from our cozy studio.

The south side of Mount Vernon is quiet and peaceful. We have easy access to I5 and downtown, but we're away from the bustle of the commercial areas. It's a great spot to use as a home base for exploring the Skagit and surrounding areas.

Our brand new cozy guest suite was designed to anticipate the needs of people staying there. Lamps over the beds have switches just inches from your hand, plus outlets for phones. A brand new mini-split HVAC system means you'll never be too hot, or too chilly. You have your own private deck, fenced from the street to enjoy morning coffee or wine in the afternoon. And it has access to the secure side yard so your dog can come and go while you relax. The kitchenette isn't intended for real cooking, but with a microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge, you have everything you need for breakfast, snacks and light meals.
