This neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful! This townhome is on a small block with 2 other townhomes and 2 apartments all managed by our company, Rise N Shine Rentals, so if you need more space for your large group just contact us to check availability of neighboring units!

1st Floor: Common Areas
Open design living room and kitchen with an island and dining table. Common area half bath. Access to the back patio with grille.

2nd Floor: 2 Bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms
*Bedroom 1: Luxurious King bed and private closet.
*Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen bed and private closet.

3rd Floor: Loft
The third bedroom is in this open loft but provides more some great privacy. Plush Queen bed with an additional full size futon, great for kids. The loft also has a private bathroom and work desk. This area is complete with a wet bar (drinks not provided) and access to the outdoor patio with fireplace!

We have two cameras outside the home. One is above the front door and the other is above the back door.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
