Welcome to your foothills retreat! This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious primary bedroom features an ensuite full bath, while the second bedroom and bath ensure everyone feels at home. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or step onto the balcony for stunning Horsetooth views. We hope you enjoy relaxing next to the indoor fireplace while streaming on the new 50" smart TV! The kitchen is fully equipped for prepping home meals along with the reverse osmosis water filtration system.

Parking: Guests have one designated parking space and additional street parking available

A few things you should know:
Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
This is a 2nd floor apartment so we ask that you respect the neighbors below you.
Dogs are welcome but they must be approved and on the guest list prior to booking please. By adding them to the guest list it includes the pet fee for your stay.
We request shoes off in the home when convenient. Not a house rule, it just helps our cleaning team.
