The Space:

The front property boasts a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, a fireplace. Plus there is a dining table that can comfortably seat 5 people. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and designed for your comfort. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. There are two crisp and clean bathrooms that include a combo tub/shower. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and leads out seamlessly to the backyard.

The wonderful outdoor space is fully fenced and private and includes a spacious deck with a BBQ grill and the option for dining al fresco under the palapa. You'll find a large table and seating for up to eight people - the perfect spot for hosting cookouts and enjoying the fresh air and glowing sunsets. The open yard right below the deck provides additional space for outdoor activities. The delightful front porch features a cozy sitting area as well. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer, air conditioning and WIFI for your convenience.

The living room features an extra large couch, a large TV, sunny windows, and a ceiling fan. You'll find ample furniture to relax and enjoy the fantastic 180-degree views with glances of the ocean. The dining room is ideally situated adjacent to the living room and kitchen and has a table with seating for up to 7 people. It offers direct access to the outdoor space to bring in the cool, coastal breezes. The rooftop deck is highlighted by a private hot tub for you to fully zen out and take in the ocean and sunset views. There is also a BBQ for your use as well. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. You'll find two queen beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a single bed, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 4 is perfect for kids or families, this room has two double bunk beds, a single bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and a dresser.
