- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- The guest house is located in a converted smokehouse 40 yards from the main home, and it features a queen bed, a couch, TV and offers AC and heating.
- Please note that there are other AvantStay homes at this location, so you may encounter other guests.
- Please note that the pool and hot tub is a shared amenity. As well as all other outdoor amenities.
- The pool is only available between mid-May and mid-September.
- The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

Parking Details:
Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Note that the parking area is shared with guests renting other Avantstay properties onsite.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
