****In ground Pool is closed for for the majority of the 2025 season as a new pool is being constructed. there is an 18' above ground pool, a 9x13' swim spa/hot tub and a huge inflatable water slide that is available. The pool and waterslide are only during the summer months.

I wa raised on a ranch in Idaho and have spent almost my entire life here. I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy anything related to nature. THis is my one and only short term rental and I have put my heart and soul into making it a special experience for all.

This neighborhood is only about 5 minutes from the closest grocery store and ISU and only takes 15 minutes to get to the other side of town. It feels completely secluded and sits on a hillside with a view.

This property is perfect for reunions, family gatherings, or many other approved events. The house is in a secluded area that is set back in the trees and is quiet and peaceful. There are deer and turkeys that you will see in the yard quite often. It will comfortably sleep 19 people with plenty of space for more. It is a large, commercial style kitchen that is perfect for cooking for large groups, with 2 islands, 2 dishwashers and sinks, 4 ovens, 6 gas burners and a griddle, all inside.
