The Space

Main Level & Gathering:

Heart of the Home: The main level features a full, well-equipped kitchen perfect for group meals, which opens seamlessly into the dining area and has two doorways into the living area.

Spacious Living: The family room is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and large picture windows on each side of the living room, framing the distant peaks of Pebble Creek from the front of the house and the rolling hills from the back of the house, creating a true cabin atmosphere.

Upper Level:

Bedrooms (2): This floor features a King Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom.

Bathroom Access (2 Full):

The King Bedroom has private door access to one of the full bathrooms.

The Twin Bedroom shares the same bathroom via a hallway door.

The second full bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen/hallway.

Lower Level (Walkout/Basement):

Bedrooms (1): The Bunk Room offers excellent sleeping capacity with a twin mattress on top, a full mattress on the bottom, and a pull-out full mattress underneath.

Bathroom Access (1 Full): A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level in the hallway, adjacent to the Queen Room

Bedrooms (2): Features spacial layout with two windows, a Queen mattress, and a walk-in closet.

Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin and the immediate surrounding yard and patio areas.

The Property & Equestrian Grounds
The Buckskin Ranch is home to two horses residing on-site seasonally. While guests enjoy exclusive privacy within the two main homes and their immediate yard areas, please note:

On-Site Caretakers: To ensure our horses are well-tended, a professional caretaker sometimes resides on the property in a separate studio ("shouse") or horse trailer located at the very top of the driveway.

Privacy: These staff quarters are situated away from the two guest homes to ensure your group’s privacy is never compromised.

Equestrian Life: You may occasionally see staff feeding or grooming the horses in the corral areas. They are often accompanied by their Bernese Mountain Dog, who is always contained within the horse trailer or studio area and does not run freely. We kindly ask that guests enjoy the horses from a distance for safety.

Parking: Ample driveway parking is provided. Note: AWD/4x4 recommended in winter months (Nov–Apr).

Utilities: Features forced air heating and central air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided; perfect for remote working. However, wifi and cellular can be spotty at the entrance to and on the long driveway, so please enter your directions in your phone prior.
