Relax and unwind on the covered patio of this two bedroom apartment on close to 17 acres and watch the sunset over gorgeous Lake Champlain. Walk through the extensive professionally maintained yard with abundant established perennial gardens. Kids have a sandbox, play structure and plenty of room to run around safely. A short walk down our path brings you to the boat launch with an area off to the side to wade in. Come stay with us and let the water reset you!

One room with a queen sized bed, one room with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed.

Other things to note
The entrance to the apartment is behind the house. It doesn’t have a designated walkway, you just walk on the grass to the west side of the home.
