Perfectly placed in the very heart of downtown Seattle, this luxury high-rise condo makes an unbeatable home base in the Emerald City. Pike Place Market, the Seattle Symphony, the Seattle Art Museum, world-class dining and shopping - they're all within steps of you here.

This condo is perched up on the 21st floor of Newmark Tower, an upscale building that sits at 2nd and Pike in the center of downtown Seattle. Remodeled from top to bottom in recent years, the building features an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, a gym, a business center, and spacious view decks overlooking the cityscape. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is right where you want to be.

No matter the season, natural light streams into the condo through rear walls of glass. Thus, you'll never lose sight of the skyline whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or watching movies on the living room TV, VCR, and DVD player. On cozy nights in, enjoy an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining space with a glass-top table, and a bedroom with floor-to-ceiling views of the city. A washer/dryer and free WiFi are provided as well.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great property centrally located for city attractions and public transit. Pikes Market is at your doorstep. Enjoyed using the pool/spa and outdoor cooking area. Safe atmosphere and friendly staff at front desk.

Great option, right by Pike Place Mkt

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment and good communication from the Vacasa team. Bring your own TP (unless you like one-ply) and bring coffee and filters. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location!

This place had so many amenities from the nice gym and pool to the sauna and hot tub. The location was right next to pikes market. This made shopping and experiencing this area of Seattle very easy.

Best Belltown Location

This property in Newmark Tower on 2nd Ave is in a perfect location for street life, restaurants, Pike Place Market, and the waterfront. Within one block of the apartment in any direction there are dozens of things to do and places to eat. It is also a short three-block walk to the Space Needle monorail, as well as the light rail service that connects various points downtown and also stops at the Sea-Tac airport. The apartment itself is superb - spacious, clean, stocked with supplies and kitchen tools. The building is attached to a Target store, including a supermarket, so this is very convenient if you plan to shop for groceries and cook in the apartment like we did. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor deck on the 5th floor - great views of the waterfront and Puget Sound (we liked to make cocktails in the room - Target has a liquor store! - and then bring our drinks down to the 5th floor). The apartment also has a very nice balcony with table and chairs - beautiful to sit out there for our morning coffee. The building has a doorman, and is very secure. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights in August 2024 - we highly recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay

This apartment was amazing! Specious and so clean and nice. It has huge windows, and two balconies. There was a small table and chairs out on the balcony, too, so we could sit and relax while getting some fresh air. The apartments is actually in the Target building, so getting groceries was so convenient. In fact, getting around the city was very convenient! The building is right around the corner from Pike's Place Market, and the pier. The ferries are within walking distance, as are so many restaurants and stores. The apartment building offers a small gym, a beautiful pool and hot tub area, a room with tables, couches, a big TV, and piano where anyone is welcome to just relax and hang out, and also a beautiful "rooftop" outdoor space, complete with tables, chairs, and two grills that anyone can use. That space offers a view of the market and on out to the pier and bay beyond. The apartment itself had a full, specious kitchen and a small, separate dining area that worked perfectly for a "home office" area while we were there. There was only one sofa, but that made sense because there is only one bedroom, so is set up for only one or two people. There is a tv with Roku, and a full sized washer and dryer, though there is NO IRON! The bedroom had its own thermostat, which was so nice so I could keep the room nice and toasty without heating the entire apartment. Lots of closet space, nice shower head in the bathroom... just an overall nice space.
