So welcoming and warm, great location and definitely roomy.

A beautiful home!!

The home was amazing! We enjoyed our stay so much. The skiing was great. Not a far walk from the house but we also skied in and out! We loved the hot tub on the deck and the size of the condo! We would definitely stay again!!

Spacious, convenient, and comfortable

This townhouse had everything we needed - lockers to store our ski equipment, plenty of space, all the conveniences of a home - totally equipped kitchen, stocked with paper towels, trash bags, laundry/dish soap, etc. Great home to relax after a day of skiing, and so convenient to the slopes. Our kids had no problem walking the 5 minutes to the lifts.

Excellent home with beautiful decor. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great location.

We were wowed when we walked in the door! This home is stunning. The three levels of bedrooms gave everyone some privacy. The only negative is that the water pressure is weak, especially in the ground floor bathroom shower. This is one of the most well stocked kitchens that I have seen in a rental. The start up kit was filled with much needed supplies, such as, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, dish soap, paper towels, and surface cleaner. The bathrooms had full shampoo, bath soap, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. Extra throw blankets in each room. There were Smart TVs in the living room and loft area. The hot tub was a great respite at the end of the ski day. The ski-in/ski-out was a bit tricky to maneuver, but we did figure it out eventually. We highly recommend Black Eagle 31!!

Beautiful clean slope side home

We loved the house. It was clean and was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. All amenities worked throughout the trip including the hot tub. The home had easy access to the slopes and town. It was well managed and we had seamless check in and check out. The information provided was accurate and we received immediate communication via email and text. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Comfortable place

Nice property that was pretty well stocked and has a good location near mountain village. Love the real fireplace and hot tub on the deck. Only real negative is that not really as easy ski-in ski out as we originally expected. Ski out was essentially skiing down a road, hiking up the hill 10 yards and getting on a lift pulley lift that was sometimes closed while we were there. We found a way to ski-in but was a little convoluted and had to navigate some trails through another development. That said, not that hard; just was a little more convoluted than expected.

Great Vacation Home

Great home with lots of open space. Close to base camp for ski rentals, shopping and dining. Ski in, ski out is a little tricky but we worked in out. We had a great time and will look to rent here again next year.

This property does have two options for ski access. You can ski down the road to the poma lift to ski out and back in on a blue run behind the property. Wonderful stay at this property in Big Sky! I recommend going in the summer, as we did. There are many things to do; hiking, biking and sightseeing. Going to the top of Lone Mountain is a must. The drive to Yellowstone is worth the trip. Olive B's has delicious healthy food and the steak at the Italian restaurant in Big Sky Resort Village was the best ever. This property was beautiful and had all that we needed to feel right at home. We would rent it again and recommend it to others.

BEST Location!

We were a group of nine in Black Eagle. We couldn't have been more comfortable and happy with our house. The house was beautiful and a 1/3 of the price that Big Sky Reservations was charging. We cooked dinner every night and made breakfast every morning. It had 2 coffee pots, full size washer & dryer, boot dryers, clean hot tub, gas grill on the deck, 3.5+ bathrooms, 4 tv's. It snowed everyday we were there and someone came by everyday to shovel our balcony. If there were any questions or issues Big Sky Vacation Rentals came by & helped us right away. We will not stay anywhere else when we return. I wished we booked for two weeks instead.

excellent choice for Big Sky stay

We had a family gathering for Christmas in this townhome and enjoyed it thorougly. The quality, location and furnishings for the unit are all excellent. In addition, the team at Big Sky Rentals was very professional and helpful.

Absolutely Perfect Lodging and Location!

I'm not sure if I've ever been in a rental this nice and with such great management. Kirsten and team were extremely accommodating, helpful and I truly believe they would do anything to make sure their guests have the best time. Not only is the rental pretty much perfect, but Big Sky during the summer is wonderful. I was so pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the area, amount of activities, great weather, and great rental pricing. My only negative was that the sheets were a bit rough, but otherwise everything was top notch. They even helped us to order groceries so that our fridge and pantry were stocked upon arrival. I am definitely recommending this unit and management company to anybody as well as telling people to visit Big Sky in the summer.

Memorial Weekend

Had a great time spending Memorial Day weekend in Big Sky. The property is perfect for Families with kids and the upstairs/loft was much bigger expected (much largerthan another Black Eagle unit we had rented through the resort last summer). BSVR accommodated our requests for high chairs and pack and plays right away. Had a great experience and would recommend this rental!

Perfect unit for two families with the two master bedrooms. Easy walk to the mountain village. Will definitely stay here again.

Look no further. Rent from no one else.

If you need room for 6 (as we did) this is the place for you. It has plenty of space for all and is conveniently located; just walk a hundred or so yards up the hill and go skiing (unless you just want to ski in and out). The kitchen/great room is fantastic. The hot tub on the deck and a big fire every night were the perfect end to each evening. And, of course, the bowl games. It was the first time in a long time all 4 of our children (ages 21, 20, 18, and 13) all sat in the same room, talked, and watched the same show. As for Kirsten King and all the folks at Big Sky Vacation Rentals, they couldn't have been nicer. I'm thinking about putting them in the will. They answered all of our questions, as silly as some of them must have been, and made sure that all of the food and, more importantly, the beer and wine we ordered from the Hungry Moose was waiting for us. And talk about full-service!!! When my wife tore her ACL and MCL, Kirsten was kind enough to take her and pick her up from the clinic on the mountain. I know she (Kirsten) had other things to do that day, but she put them aside to help. We couldn't be more grateful. Our trip was fantastic, made even more so by the people we dealt with. We shall be returning just as soon as we've finished with surgery and rehab, and we will look no further than this townhouse and Kirsten when we do. Anyone considering Big Sky (no lift lines and fantastic people) should likewise take advantage of both.
