Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom historic home in Medford, just 4 miles from downtown Boston. With 2,000 sq ft of living space, a private fenced yard - perfect for kids and pets!, and parking for 2–3 cars, it’s the perfect home base for families and groups of up to 12 guests.

The home blends New England charm with modern comfort. Each bedroom features plush bedding and ample storage, and mini-split units throughout the home allow for individual temperature control.

Outside, you`ll find a large patio with twinkling string lights, a spacious dining table, a gas grill, a cozy coffee nook, and outdoor games like corn hole and bocce!

Main Level:

- Renovated sunroom - perfect for morning coffee or to cozy up with a book
- Living room with smart TV, queen pull-out sofa, and love seat
- Dining room with seating for 8
- Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances - You won`t need to pack any kitchen gear, we`ve thought of everything!
- Full bathroom with rain shower

Second floor:

- 3 queen sized bedrooms, one with a large smart TV and large walk in closet
- full custom tiled bathroom with a full sized bathtub

Third floor:
- No ducking in this attic! 2 large bedrooms with queen beds

We’re located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 4 miles from the heart of Boston (traffic dependent ~10-15 min drive).

- Just over a mile away from Assembly Row; a premier dining, shopping, and entertainment hub with walking paths along the Mystic River.
- A park and playground 3 minutes away.
- Several restaurants and the most amazing italian cafe are all within minutes

You`ll have easy access to all the attractions, cultural landmarks, and entertainment that Boston has to offer, while still enjoying the serenity of a residential neighborhood.

We provide a detailed local guide before check-in!

Public transportation:
- There is a bus a 1 minute walk from our home that comes every hour and takes you to Wellington station. We are 4 stops from North Station (TD Garden, the North End, etc.).
- Walk to Station Landing (10 minutes) or head to Assembly Row (just over a mile) for shopping and dining.


🐾 Pet-Friendly

- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee.

- No cats (due to allergies)
*Dogs must be disclosed at booking and prior to arrival.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

- Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start up toiletries are provided.
- While we try to minimize disturbances, We regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
- No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)

Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
