This beautiful Spanish home offers an open floor plan, plenty of California sunshine and light breezes. It's a relaxing oasis 10 minutes to Hollywood, 15 to Universal Studios, 20 minutes to SOFI and 45 to Disneyland. The kitchen is a cook's delight and the patios afford exquisite entertaining or simple dining. Living is easy and breezy with California indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Plenty of free, no permit parking (mind the street cleaning), walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets. Walk to coffeeshops and cafe's, minutes from LACMA and other museums, and to Quentin Tarantino's revival movie theater, the New Beverly Cinema.
