This beautiful Spanish home offers an open floor plan, plenty of California sunshine and light breezes. It's a relaxing oasis 10 minutes to Hollywood, 15 to Universal Studios, 20 minutes to SOFI and 45 to Disneyland. The kitchen is a cook's delight and the patios afford exquisite entertaining or simple dining. Living is easy and breezy with California indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Plenty of free, no permit parking (mind the street cleaning), walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets. Walk to coffeeshops and cafe's, minutes from LACMA and other museums, and to Quentin Tarantino's revival movie theater, the New Beverly Cinema.

We had an incredible stay at this house. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family with one bedroom serving as a nice office with a large desk for me when I had to work. There is a lovely backyard for hanging or playing and the back house was perfect for extra storage even though the main house has excellent storage as well. The house was nicely equipped and located on a quiet street with ample parking in a beautiful neighborhood that we enjoyed on our daily walks. Barrett was an exceptional host - friendly, quick to respond and helpful on the couple items we needed to troubleshoot during our extended stay. We are sad to leave and hope to stay here again in the future!
