Welcome to our stylish and charming home with a backyard-like private resort in Beverly Grove!

This home is centrally located 3 mins drive to the Beverly Center and 5 mins to the famous The Grove where you'll discover lots of great dining, world-renowned shopping, & entertainment destinations. Close to the trendy shopping/dining on Beverly, Sunset Strip 3rd St, & Melrose.

Cozy, spacious, and inviting - you will feel perfectly at home in this 4-bedroom single-family gated home. Perfect for friends, families, or even those in the city for business!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

There are 2 rooms that are named Melrose and Sunset on the right side of the hall as you enter the house. The 2 bedrooms have queen-sized beds each. At the end of all on the left is the master bedroom that has a king-sized bed, TV, fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a guesthouse that has a king-sized bed in the loft upstairs and a full-sized bathroom and mini-kitchen downstairs.

There is a Sony Ultra 4k 75" TV in the living room, 55" Sony TV each in Melrose and Sunset rooms, Sony 55 Ultra 4k 75" TV in the master bedroom, 65" Sony TV in the guesthouse downstairs, a 75" Samsung TV in the loft, and a 65" Sony TV in the Pool/Deck. All TVs are Apple TVs with cable TV provided by Spectrum and a House Premium Netflix account that has already been signed into the 4 TVs in the main house.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

The backyard is like a private resort, with a heated saltwater pool, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen, surrounded by Ipe wood decking and mahogany fencing.

The house includes high-speed WiFi, TV, a BBQ grill, and a covered patio with outdoor furniture that are available during your stay!

Note: There is a tandem parking provided but is very tight and would preferable only for 2 cars.

Other things to note
*There is space for up to 3 cars to park in the driveway, but it is a tandem parking and very tight - 2 would be preferable as it can be very difficult at times backing out onto N Crescent Heights Blvd.

*There is a street parking BUT only for 2 hours at a time. During rush hour, one side of the street does not allow for parking (the side depends if it is during AM or PM rush hour). That said, if you move your car a few times to a different street parking spot, it will usually prevent getting a parking ticket.
Additionally, there are no visitor passes available for street parking.

*There are 6 outdoor cameras that work with the Elan system, 1 Ring Camera that covers the entire front of the property, and a door bird camera for the front gate. No camera inside the house.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 35 lbs each. No pets on furniture. Note: A $150 pet fee per pet will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

*Pool and hot tub heating are optional and guests need to pay an additional $100/day.
The limit temperature is 88 degrees.
Note: We have No fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.
