The Home
This spacious two-level townhome is thoughtfully laid out for groups who want room to gather without sacrificing privacy.

The main floor features a large, open living and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing together after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes brand-new appliances and any essentials you need for meals at home. You’ll also find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom on this level.

Downstairs offers two additional queen bedrooms*, including one with an attached bathroom. This level provides a quiet, private retreat, making the home especially comfortable for groups traveling together.

*Third bedroom is a converted rec room with privacy drapes. See photos for reference.


Outdoor Space & Parking
Guests have access to two private parking spaces behind the home (fits up to two mid-sized vehicles). Enjoy the front porch with a table, chairs, and loveseat - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.


Location
Located on the Lower East Side of Milwaukee, the home is within walking distance to many excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the Lake Michigan lakefront. Guests love the neighborhood charm and easy access to the city’s best attractions.

Please note: Entry to the home requires climbing a small staircase (5 stairs). If you or anyone you plan to visit with are handicapped in any way, please plan accordingly.

Very quaint spot in Milwaukee. Stylish, clean, comfortable bedding, spacious, and had some fun dish and glass ware for use. Great neighborhood and walkable to restaurants/bars in the area. Close to lake path and river walk. Requested early access by 30 mins and no issues. Very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a great home in a great neighborhood. My wife and I met my parents and my brother and his girlfriend in Milwaukee to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. It was a great long weekend. The house was super comfortable for everyone (25-70 years old). We loved the style. Understated, fashionable, classy. Thanks so much for a nice weekend.

Perfect place and location for our family from all over to get together for a graduation celebration! Very comfortable living spaces to hang out and visit; very roomy. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Brady St restaurants!

Milwaukee trip

Very clean and cozy. It was walkable to everywhere. May be a little tight for 6 people, with 4 we were just fine. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this home! It’s stylish, well-appointed, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our group of four adults. It felt huge and gave us plenty of room to relax. The front porch quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails as we listened to the gentle hum of the city.The house was stocked with soft bedding, plenty of towels, and all the necessary kitchen gadgets, making our stay especially comfortable. Despite being just steps from downtown, the location felt private and peaceful on a quiet, sleepy street.The hosts were warm, responsive, and clearly very thoughtful and professional. One of the best rental stays I’ve ever had—I will absolutely stay here again!

Short stay with family

Nice sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for 6. If you actually want to stay in and cook, it’s hard to do with available pans. Otherwise we enjoyed the accommodations. 4 adults, boys 6, 8.
