On the main floor you'll enjoy a large living and dining space, kitchen with cooking essentials, spacious bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom.

The lower level features a second bedroom with queen bed with an attached bathroom and a third bedroom* with a queen bed.

Two private parking spots behind the home fit up to two mid sized vehicles.

Please note: Entry to the home requires climbing a small staircase (5 stairs). If you or anyone you plan to visit with are handicapped in any way, please plan accordingly.

*Third bedroom is a converted rec room with privacy drapes. See photos for reference

We absolutely loved this home! It’s stylish, well-appointed, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our group of four adults. It felt huge and gave us plenty of room to relax. The front porch quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails as we listened to the gentle hum of the city.The house was stocked with soft bedding, plenty of towels, and all the necessary kitchen gadgets, making our stay especially comfortable. Despite being just steps from downtown, the location felt private and peaceful on a quiet, sleepy street.The hosts were warm, responsive, and clearly very thoughtful and professional. One of the best rental stays I’ve ever had—I will absolutely stay here again!

Celebration

Perfect place and location for our family from all over to get together for a graduation celebration! Very comfortable living spaces to hang out and visit; very roomy. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Brady St restaurants!

Short stay with family

Nice sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for 6. If you actually want to stay in and cook, it’s hard to do with available pans. Otherwise we enjoyed the accommodations. 4 adults, boys 6, 8.

The home was beautiful, the property was beautiful & peaceful. We all loved it & had a memorable time. The owner was excellent on communication.My only complaint is the cleanliness of the inside & out. The outside deck & furniture would have benefited with a leaf blower & wipe down of cushions. The inside had not been vacuumed, dusted, windows inside had cobwebs & dead flies. The kitchen needed a scrub down before we used it. I tried not to look up at the lights over the kitchen island. I don’t think anyone has cleaned them in a long time. There were quite a few things that were broken & needs replaced or fixed. There was a previous guest’s boxers & socks behind the Master bedroom door. Bugs on the sheets in MB also.The whole house smelled musty, we had to air it out. There was portable fans to use but were so dirty we did not use them. The main bathroom shower curtain had soap scum all over.One of the outbuildings had a broken window with glass everywhere.It’s too bad the cleaning company is not doing their job because it is a beautiful peaceful place that we would love to stay in again but only if these things are addressed. The owner probably has no idea that they are paying for a cleaning service & they are doing are not doing their job!My family & I were in Gualala to spread my husband’s ashes & to be together & celebrate his life. We did not let all this ruin our stay but it could have been so much better.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home

Clean & Cozy Retreat in a Prime Location

Summary:Our stay at this VRBO was a delight! The property is in a fantastic, safe neighborhood, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable getaway.The Property:Cleanliness: The rooms were pristine, and the kitchen was a standout—sparkling and stocked with everything we needed - such as coffee.Accuracy of Listing: The listing was mostly accurate, but note that one of the three bedrooms is separated by curtains rather than a wall and door. It’d be helpful if this was clarified in the description.Amenities: The kitchen and overall setup were excellent, making our stay hassle-free.Location:Nestled in a secure, welcoming area, the location felt safe and was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.Host Communication:The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed.Highlights:The immaculate condition of the place and the ample parking made our trip stress-free.Areas for Improvement:Specifying that one bedroom uses curtains for separation would set clearer expectations.Would You Stay Again?Definitely!
