Not Exactly what we expected

The inside of the Black Marsh Mellow house was clean. No complaints. There are 2 sets of French doors. Neither fit or close properly leaving large gaps for pests and weather to intrude. Such as the wasps we had to chase and kill. Or the large (2-3”) spider on the bed that ran and is probably still there! There isn’t any type of outdoor covering which would be nice considering the temperamental weather of the Catskills. Impossible to sit outside unless you like to be rained on. And about sitting outside… the cushions for the furniture at the fire pit is not taken care of. It was wet as well as covered in black mold. Not something I’d enjoy sitting on. The BBQ, table & chairs are situated in the weeds. I’d prefer them on pavers or decking. We ended up leaving early as it was a rainy weekend and I could be trapped indoors without the pests. It is a nice tiny house but could definitely use some improvements.

Erin, I'm so very sorry that you were uncomfortable with our outdoor setting . due to the weather that is unpredictable and out of my hands, there has been quite a bit of rain making it difficult for us to get to the weed whacking and maintenance with over Gross because of the excessive amount of rain and thank you for bringing it to my attention as we let our landscaper know and got right on it as well as ordering new cushions to replace the ones that have been saturated from the rain and my apologies. I was aware of their condition nevertheless mother nature is something that I cannot control and I do appreciate that you acknowledge that our tiny home was clean.
