Our newly renovated home has many amenities to offer, including a night sky perfect for stargazing, a fully furnished porch, an outdoor shower, and a firepit. It is located on a half an acre of property, surrounded by trees, which lends itself to an extremely relaxing, quiet and serene setting.
During the day, you can explore the town and the beach, all within a third of a mile from our home. Whether you enjoy walking, biking or running, the town and beach are easily accessible. There will be a few beach chairs available to you, along with some beach towels. Our home includes a few lounge chairs, games and smart TVs, when you are ready to relax at the house.
This house includes 2 living rooms, one on each floor, which makes it perfect for families with children. The larger living room on the top floor has a cathedral ceiling, sectional big enough for multiple people to sit, relax and make new memories. There is also a smaller couch on the bottom floor so the children can watch tv, play and make some noise.

Great location, Lovely home

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Highlights were large dining, kitchen, living room area, outdoor shower and easy walk to the beach. The owner was responsive to our needs and questions. Beautiful outdoor deck and many amenities.

Disappointed

We 6+ college graduates were looking forward to a relaxing week prior to starting our new jobs and careers. We should have been prepared for being under surveillance with cameras outside and possibly inside the house but realize it may have been to prevent a break in or car theft. Also didn't understand why female guests were not allowed entry. Be prepared to be under the scope and random visits from the host. This house is OK for small groups but be prepared to follow the rules no matter how rigid. Perhaps VRBO can recommend camera surveillance for all home owners in their portfolio for added security.

Unfortunately, 6 guests, under the age requirement of 25, turned into a frat party of 12+ guests. We clearly stated no more than 10 guests but the intention of our guests were different. The ring camera is located outside the two entry ways strictly for safety. However, when a 90 year old grandfather lies to us and states he will be traveling with his 6 guests and cancels the night before, a situation became unacceptable and broke all house rules. We absolutely do not have cameras inside the house and did not agree on a frat party at any point, nor did we agree to allow a second set of college students to arrive half way through the stay. The rules were 25 and over and the guests could not provide any evidence of this. The grandfather continued to lie for his grandsons throughout the week and more guests arrived each day. The second group of guests that arrived half way through, were much younger, and would not provide proper documentation of their ages. We are sorry they were not satisfied, but unfortunately they broke all house rules and they continuously lied throughout their stay. I would not rent to anyone in this party ever again.
