This fully equipped home has 5 bedrooms with 4.5 baths and can comfortably accommodate up 11 people. In this incredible house, you and your family will be able to relax and enjoy a private heated pool (fee applies) while you appreciate a delicious barbecue made on the grill we provide (fee applies) in the house's leisure area. We take great care to maintain your and your family's comfort so that you have a perfect vacation and always come back to stay with us, cleanliness is one of our main concerns.

RULES:

TRASH DISPOSAL: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week from 6am to 2pm. Enclose the garbage in 13-gallon trash bags and place the brown trash bin outside, in front of the property.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and there will be no supply of items, such as condiments.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, in the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

RESORT + HOME ACSESS: Full names for all Guest in the group must be provided upon booking in the chat with Host, to gain access to the Property and Resort.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guest exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount will have their reservation terminated immediately and will be incurred an additional charge of $100/day per individual not disclosed in the reservation.

SECURITY: The Security of the house is provided by the doorbell ring at the front of the house, and by the security camera in the pool area which is only facing the back exit door, preserving the privacy of our guests.
