Let us be a part of helping your family catch up for lost time! Our home is large enough to accommodate up to 12 people. This Beautiful 5-bedroom x 5.5 bathrooms (*** ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOMS ***) is located in one of Central Florida's newest Resort Community of Windsor Island. Windsor Island is a 24 x 7 manned -gated community located just south of US 192 on Hwy 27. It is located within easy access to the various theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. and approximately 90 minutes form some of Florida's most attractive beaches like Clearwater beach on the west coast & Daytona beach on the east coast. There is a master bedroom downstairs with private walkout to the heated pool. Smart Televisions are in all rooms with large screen Televisions in the main living area and loft. There is a covered lanai with heated pool where the family can hang out and relax while enjoying a BBQ.

This property is exactly as described with a good pool, nice bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. As with all rental properties a few scuffs and marks on furniture which im sure would have been remedied by a very responsive host but that doesnt detract from the overall quality and value for money of the property.

Amazing!

This was an excellent house and probably the cleanest house we have stayed in so far. Check in was easy despite the system being down at the clubhouse to issue passes. The house had almost everything you could need with a few exceptions such as a potholder. The house pool was beautiful and the main pool area was fun and not too crowded. Communication with Ravi was excellent and he was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Well appointed- spacious- clean and comfortable. This home delivered on everything promised and the host was a delight to work with. We came to Orlando for the parks but overall our families best days were at the resort itself. The home was everything we needed and more. And the resort facility did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Vacationed with my husband. Our children and their spouses and our grandson. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

Amazing Stay

Property was exactly as advertised, never had any issues and all age ranges had a fantastic time. Pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature. Only 25-30 minutes from all parks!

Great family stay

My wife and I, 2 children, 3 grandchildren stayed here for a week of WDW and relaxation. The home was great, and ideal for the grandparents (us) to stay downstairs and the rest of the family to stay up. Communication with the owner was great, quick and responsive. The only thing I would do as the owner would be to supply kitchen wash cloths and towels and hot pads or gloves which would be easy and make the place complete. Great stay..

Beautiful house in an excellent location

This house is a gem for anyone visiting Disney and/or Universal. It’s an easy 20 minute drive. The bathrooms in every bedroom were awesome for our large group. The house was impeccable. We enjoyed our evenings relaxing in the pool. The owner was very responsive in answering all questions we had. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful house

My family and i really loved this house, and i would stay here again. The only downside to this house is not having large enough pots and pans to cook with or containers to storage the food.

Exactly What We Needed

Great house and was "as-advertised". We were in town for our middle son's wedding and to drop off our youngest son at college so didn't have extra time to take advantage of the club and amenities. However, the location, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces were just what we needed.

Family Getaway

We loved our stay here. Perfect place to stay for a large family. Really appreciated how clean the whole house was. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were clean and available for use. The heated pool and the upstairs game room were great for the kids! The free resort amenities like the water park with the lazy river, water slides and toddler friendly splash zone was a great bonus. The volley ball and basketball courts were great as well. Overall it was the perfect vacation home for my family. We will definitely come back!

Would go back

We enjoyed our stay. After reading the welcome package it stated we needed to report damage in first 10 minutes. And there was lots, so we were in panic mode to get it all reported. 95% of the damage we noticed was all dings and scrapes on the walls from I’m sure people staging and banging luggage. The painters painted a room green and dropped paint in the carpet. There was a tv smashed but the host knew it wasn’t us and it was fixed asap. The air condition was an issue on day one but he had it fixed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and probably would return. Host returned our inquiries very quick. Good location to gas, groceries and ice cream shop. Clubhouse is good and resort pool was a hit. Would be nice if the garage was maybe a game room for the kids. And a few more dish towel and cloths would be needed nice. Salad bowl would be good too….

Poor Management & Zero Concern for Guests

Upon arriving at the home we found that the downstairs A/C unit was not functioning properly and wouldn't cool. The upstairs A/C was identical and functioned fine at 68 degrees. We wanted the downstairs to be the same temperature. We contacted the phone number provided and the response was, can we just Google the manual instructions and figure it out? We tried communicating for the next 2 days that the downstairs unit wasn't functioning and we wanted it serviced. The response we received was that they would not service it and that it was meant to function that way. This was absurd, since the upstairs identical unit clearly functioned properly, as opposed to the downstairs unit. The management clearly does not have any concern for guest comfort and they told us we could find another place to stay.....keep in mind this is during Thanksgiving and everything else was booked. All of the front yards of the homes in the resort were completely torn up and all the grass had been removed, so it was an absolute mud pit. In addition, the dishwasher was broken, and there were NO supplies provided other than 1 roll of paper towel, ONE sponge, and ONE TINY trashbag in the kitchen garbage can. No dish soap, no extra trash bags.....nothing...for a 2 week stay. Towels provided had many stains. Master tub dirty from previous guest. We are frequent travelers to the area and come down every 2 -3 months and have never experienced such horrible management. Resort also had double homicide recently.

Amazing stay! The house was super clean, very spacious. The pool was ready with a lot of inflatables ready to be used. Beds super comfortable, plenty of space for our 3 families. Safety gate installed at the top of the stairs, and safety gate at the pool, which was perfect for us with 3 little ones. The complex is outstanding too, and communication was flawless. The host was always replying minutes after we contacted him. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Great time had by all

Ravi’s place was extremely clean upon entering. Communication was good other than when I texted the number provided to ask about the internet being down- I got no response. It solved itself after a day. I have only two minor gripes about the place- 1.) All the beds besides one are hard as rocks. If you like a firm mattress- this won’t be an issue for you at all. If you like to sleep on something that doesn’t resemble the floor- good luck. 2.) the outdoor grill that is listed as available for you to use, is so badly taken care of, you can’t even use it. It desperately needs to be replaced. That stunk for us because we love to grill and prepare many meals at the home and we were unable to do that. Other than that- place was great. Host was great. Location was very convenient!

Spring Vacation

We had a great time, the house was beautiful! The pool water was warm. The bed was comfortable. The resort was great and employees at the Club House and guard house security were very friendly. We are thinking about returning next year. Our host was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!!

Nothern folks

Accommodations were good, issue with pool heating was addressed quickly. Owner was very responsive.a text response away. Resort gated community is well geared for young children.
