Our cottage sits on 2 acres with fantastic views of Cosgrove Lake-280 ft of lake frontage. Kos grove has the comforts of home you expect, but an outdoor space that is unexpected. The ATV trail system is right outside your door. Or maybe you prefer hiking, biking, waterfalls, golf - Florence county has everything for the outdoor enthusiast. End your day with friends/family with cards or a cocktail, in the 20 ft screened porch. Find us west of Iron Mountain, MI. Larger group? Try the Ice House.

Very nice place

We stayed for a deer hunt weekend with my two sons and my father. The place was great and everything comfortable. There were some uncontrollable issues with the place prior to the stay but all was communicated in plenty of time and wasn’t an issue for us.

Charming Lakeside Retreat!

We had a wonderful time at this charming cottage on the lake. The location is absolutely perfect, offering serene views of the water and peaceful surroundings that make it easy to unwind and relax. The cottage itself is cozy and well-decorated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We loved spending our mornings sipping coffee in the screened-in area. Inside, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was a great spot to relax overlooking the lake. Never Wanted to Leave

Kos Grove cottage is very peaceful and serene. Set in a quiet neighborhood on the lake just the sounds of the water and birds to listen to. Easy access to Iron Mountain or Florence and really everything the UP has to offer. The place is meticulous, very clean, very comfortable great amenities and stocked with everything you need. The house really takes advantage of the views as well. The setup is perfect to spread out as well as the walk-out basement area is almost like its own apartment with a living, sleeping, and bathing space. Heather is an awesome host, responsive, customer focused, and great to deal with. I'll be coming back again and again!
