Nicely furnished condo with amazing room-darkening shades. Kitchen is well-appointed and the location is walkable to downtown TC and a few beaches. It’s the second time we have stayed in this property and we would stay again. Jamie G.

Our VRBO was fantastic in all ways - the apartment itself was clean, spacious and modern - while the location was directly in the middle of the activities we participated in - great walking distance for all! One of our favorite vacations!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5!! Enough space & room inside to be together!! Having the lovely park on one side of the building and a 5 minute walk to the water on the other was wonderful! Was quiet and very clean. If we vacation in TC again this will be the first place we check for availability

Amazing experience!

Loved this location, so close to walk downtown, and the park across the street is scenic from the balcony. The unit was perfect for us, family of 4, everyone had room for themselves, and lots of space to come together as a whole family. The unit had everything we needed. No issues with the wifi at all. All in all, it was a great week in this location! We will definitely book it again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous. Within walking distance to everything downtown. There was plenty of room for 4 single girls. It's listed as 8 but that would only be doable with couples and kids. The balcony was nice to sit on at night. The furniture downstairs was relatively comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but not much else. The beds are HARD. We were not fans. The bathrooms were clean and the shower is great with plenty of warm water. There is one assigned parking spot. There are door codes which was really nice for our group. The living room has stains on the carpet that should be removed.

Great Location

The condo was cozy and spacious, with enough room for each of us to have our own bedroom. The location was with in walking distance to the water, which was very convenient. The property managers were very helpful, even allowing us to check in early as we had to prepare for a wedding. The only issue we encountered was not being able to connect to the wi-fi, The network name given didn't correspond to any of those that came up on our devices. Just a minor inconvenience, though.
