Welcome to Smoky Mountain Condo. A recently renovated second floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 6 right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The condo features views of the heart of Pigeon Forge as well as the iconic Great Smokey Mountains. You'll enjoy all the upgrades with granite, tile and new stainless-steel appliances. The condo offers convenient transportation options as it's walking distance to a Pigeon Forge trolley stop. Free secure wireless high-speed internet service is available as well for work or play.
The living room is tastefully decorated and features new flooring and furniture. Unwind at the end of the day in front of the tv or fireplace on those cool mountain nights.
The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite counters and tile backsplash. It is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware, and small appliances for homecooked meals. The kitchen offers both a Keurig or traditional coffeemaker. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an eat-in kitchen island that seats 4.
The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed and tv for relaxing. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. Pack'n play available in the closet.
The second bedroom features 2 queen sized beds and tv. There is also private access to the second bathroom.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening treats from the balcony overlooking Pigeon Forge with the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.
The condominium has lots of amenities for you. You'll find a great outdoor pool to cool off in the summer and a heated indoor pool for the cooler times of the year. The younger kids will enjoy the outdoor playground and the entire family can enjoy the outdoor walking paths and grilling on the charcoal grills.
The unit is equipped with new stackable washer and dryer.
We respectfully ask for no smoking, no pets and that the primary renter is at least 24 years old.

Location:10/10 ABSOLUTELY LOVED the location of this condo. It’s close to so many attractions and dining options but not quite in the super busy area of Pigeon Forge. Ease of Check-in/ Check-Out: 10/10 super straight forward and easy process Communication/: 10/10 very timely responses and we truly appreciated itComfort: 7/10 the master bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable (it was too firm) and the shower pressure in the master bathroom was also a little weak but I did love the the size of the walk in shower. On our last night, we heard either a lot of running and scratching- not sure if it was from the unit upstairs or beside us. Overall, it was a great stay. This condo’s location is the highlight Overall a great stay. The biggest highlight for me was the location.

We celebrated my husband’s 62nd birthday with a few days in Pigeon Forge. The condo is exactly as pictured and was even decorated for Christmas! We love the location as it is right off the main strip but is very quiet. My husband especially liked the large shower in the master bathroom! The condo was very clean although we did not do any cooking this time it had plenty of things to use. It was cool in the evenings so we did enjoy relaxing in front of the fireplace which was easy to operate while watching TV. The host was quick to respond with any question we had. We definitely would stay here again!

Cleanliness of the condo was good. The appliances were great. Kitchen and linens were adequately furnished .The condo lacked comfortable seating. The beds were not comfortable. I think you should add some recliners to replace the straight chairs.
