Exactly what we needed

This was a great (and private) property. The hot tub is at the rear and does not face a road or busy area. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Would it be even better if continued with upgrades.Only there is a bit dirty on bedsheets.

Condo is outdated

Condo is outdated and a lot of stairs. Tv downstairs cut in and out. A lot of noise from condos alongside you. Location was good. Hot tub quite and relaxing.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really like the location of the property and amenities available, would NOT recommend unit #65 to family/friends, the living room couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sit and sleep on (we sat on the floor/dining room chairs), the hot tub had way too many chemicals in it (our skin was itchy/burning after a quick dip) and it also made a huge bang when we tried to turn the jets on, the toilet wasnt very clean and doesnt flush properly (TP kept coming back into the bowl). Would stay at Glaciers Reach again just not this unit!

Das Appartment ist ziemlich dunkel, das Mobiliar altmodisch und ziemlich verbraucht. Die Küchenausstattung gut. Terrasse war sehr schmutzig, wenig einladend. Wegen der steilen Treppen ungeeignet für ältere Menschen und Kinder.

This was a staycation for us, we are from BC Lower Mainland. Don't know why they think we are from Seattle.if you have more than 3 people, then it's best to rent a 2 bed room.Washroom is quite dated and needs alot of work, from tiles to toilet.

Disappointing and Didn’t reflect the high rating on

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This large complex is in need of major upgrading. It looks like there are mostly permanent residents living here. On arrival, you have to drag your bags up 2 flights of stairs to reach the bedroom. The decor is tired and the carpet was gross, more like student accomodation. We were disappointed to pay so much for a place that resembled a lodge/ youth hostel. We were woken up each night at 3:30am to what sounded like the spa heater kicking into life the racket would last 1 minute. I emailed the owner, who was able to suggest we flick the fuse box switch to turn the spa off, no apology. We arrived at 10:30pm at night and had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. I emailed the owner and he replied we don’t make up sofa beds so the sheets stay clean. Wouldn’t have been too difficult to make up one of the 2 beds for your guests, again no apology. This place is over rated, would not recommend. There are much better more modern and clean places to stay.

We were able to get a hold of Sarah, the resort onsite person, to assist us. She went beyond to take care of us, which after our travel was very grateful. We ran into her thru out our stay, and she was very friendly and asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

Decent

Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place, but we received the email with instructions a couple of weeks before the trip, and by the trip date, we couldn't find the email and didn't know how to get into our suite. Nobody answered when I called either. We did finally get in and the place in fairly big. The TV had some issues though and kept freezing. The bathroom is all the way on the top floor, and the top floor patio definitely could use a good clean. The hot tub was nice, but kind of dirty inside and the cover was broken. We did love how private the hot tub was though. And the parking lot spots were so freaking tiny! Took us 5-10 mins each time we tried to park because other cars were over the lines in almost all the spots. All in all, I would stay again, but only if it's cleaned a bit better, the TV is fixed, and we don't park in the garage.

Enclosed balcony hot tub definitely made the rainy days enjoyable! Hot tub being off the main bedroom might be a bit loud for some at night while it maintains the temperature (I slept through but my partner was less fortunate). Can’t wait to visit again!

Trevor was quick to respond to any questions/requests that I had! There was a meteor shower during our stay and the views from both balconies were amazing!! The best part was the private hot tub! Absolutely recommend it and would stay again!
