The unit was spacious, great parking garage and the grounds are delightful. Smathers Beach is a gem and there is a corner sandwich shop up near Flagler Avenue that rocks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: C432 was a very nice remodeled condo. It was very spacious. The master bathroom fan did not work and the master bathroom door did not have a door latch. C126 worked out but is a little outdated and dark. Would have been great to have stayed in the three bedroom condo we originall booked but due to balcany renovation we were moved to C432 and C126. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The hallway carpets also seamed very old.

Cozy Condo at Smathers Beach

Condo had a great location, lovely decorated and was supplied with many extra amenities. Located near the airport and conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to the Key West downtown/active area. Condo pool, spa & gym were lovely and residents very kind and informative. We will stay there again!

Getaway with Son & a buddy

Older unit, but very clean & well kept. Only challenge we had was our pickup was a little too high to park in parking garage. We parked on surface parking which was still convenient and worked out fine.

So the unit is cute and spacious.. We just had a few issues. After bringing in our luggage and getting settled into the bedrooms, I went to use the hallway bathroom and there were bugs in the corner to the right of the sink. There was some dirt still on the bathroom floor. There was a lightbulb that was burnt out around the mirror.The next morning, when I went to take a shower, there was still hair on the tile.Also when we entered the unit there were two broken closet doors. The other couple that we were staying there with had the master bedroom/bathroom and she said that the garbage can smelled of used tampons, even though there was a clean garbage bag in it.No screen on master bedroom patio door, and the bed needs to be flipped or changed because of the divets in mattress.But the main and biggest concern is the twin bed in our bedroom has bedbugs! I slept in that bed and got bit all over. I did get diagnosed by my doctor as she looked at the rash/bites all over me. So I would definitely recommend getting the whole unit treated by a professional. There was also a lot of dust/dirt behind the twin bed as we pulled it out.And one other minor issue is the kitchen counter top was gritty/sandy. This could have been from the sand blasting that was taking place across from our building. But I feel that since we couldn’t enter until 4 we were under the assumption (according to Kirk) it just had been cleaned.

Key West Getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Close to everything and clean. Beach easily accessible and pool was lovely. Only issue was the inconsistent WiFi at times but other than that it was great. Thank you.

Key West Condo

Nice, quiet location. Condo had fairly nice furniture and most kitchen equipment you needed. Need to keep in mind this is a residential complex and not a resort. Pool and hot tub hours are dawn to dusk 5:30 ish. This condo is mostly away from any restaurants and Duval Street so you will have to have transportation.

Exactly as described. Spacious and super close to Smathers Beach a few steps away. Great air conditioning. Nice patio. Awesome pool on the ocean.

Annual key west trip

Outdated but very clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice. Weekly scooter rental made getting around easy. Location near smathers beach but fort zachery beach more enjoyable. They had snorkel rental with reefs. Will return to this location again.

Smather’s Beach Condo

Property was very clean and well-stocked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Rocky shoreline on property and no access to Smather’s Beach due to construction. Limited wi-fi at times. Great area to see the sunrise.
