CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic
Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.


This condo has been beautifully renovated. Both bedrooms and the living room open onto a spacious 40 ft private balcony. There is a
King Bed in the Master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom.

1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersports activities available.

The property itself features assigned secure parking spaces, 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is the only clay court in Town. There are beautiful botanical gardens with picnic and BBQ areas.

The Olympic size heated pool sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, There is also a 20 person bubbling Jacuzzi tub. There is also a sauna and small fitness center by the pool.

The indoor garage parking was a good bonus. The property was steps away from the beach ! We will return again to the coup!!

The property was just as explained and the view was beautiful! Very nice, clean, and close enough to the Duval St. area! We enjoyed a few short Uber rides and a quick walk to local beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook tor the family. Would highly recommend to anyone and bring our family back to stay!

Great spot - would stay again!

The condo was so quiet and nice compared to the other side of the island. It was nice being close to Smathers Beach and the airport, plus we could walk to some other good spots. We also loved the pool.

Great place with amazing balcony and view

Great location. The balcony is reason enough to stay here. Well equipped kitchen, baths, towels, etc. A bit dated, but well maintained and clean. We’d stay again for sure!!

Beautiful property- Condo was great size for 4 adults. Kitchen was nice and big. Balcony was huge.

Property was beautiful with the view of the ocean, the garden and the pool. Kitchen was clean and big. Balcony was amazing- the whole length of the condo. Only negative was the parking space was very tight unless you have a compact car.

Place was very spacious and clean. Pool was huge and had a lot of cool "extra's" like a gym and small library. Uber was super easy to get. Would stay there again.

We had a fabulous visit! Great condo, exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed including lots of bath and beach towels. View was incredible!! Beautiful landscaping and great pool. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable….much appreciated. One small issue - ice maker was empty and made little ice. We just picked up a big bag from Publix which worked great for whole stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

6 night get away! Loved the pool/patio every afternoon! Pool is heated and warm. Under bldg secure parking for one mid-size. Well appointed unit, clean as a whistle, quiet bldg, master shower can soak the floor so beware of the angle of the shower head! Far enough from down town but not too far a ride.

Very nice unit, super clean. Outfitted well with small appliances but could use some more basic kitchen items like microwaveable dishes and larger coffee mugs. Ice maker didn’t work but Kirk brought us a large bag of ice and saved the day! Very nice pool!

Scuba Adventure

My friends and I go on an scuba adventure every Veteran's Day weekend. This time we chose Key West and Toms Chicken Coop. We had an amazing time and the condo was outstanding. The view is awesome! The condo has lots of space and is super clean. We didn't use the pool area but it looked incredible. I would highly recommend this place.
