⭐️TO NOTE: This is a lake and the water and shoreline change daily and with seasons. There may be weeds, algae, and washed up goodies where their once wasn't! We do our best to keep it clean.
⭐️15 amp electric hookups for up to 2 additional RV's/campers (ask where you can park) or up to 3 additional tents that can run lights and generator but not an air conditioner directly.

❤ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay
✔ Please remember you’re staying in a person’s home, not a hotel.
✔ Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.
✔ If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note there is nobody living on-site 24/7.
✔ For non-emergency issues, We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

👉All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents
👉There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately.
❌ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour
❌ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control
❌ Pets are allowed but need prior approval. If you sneak in a unauthorized pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.
