We have stayed at the Princesa several times when visiting Rocky Point. Most condos are well appointed and in great shape, but this one, owned by Seaside, was below standard and had several issues showing it had been neglected.
The masterbath had two spots where plaster had fallen off the wall, leaving a hole and the floor was not properly cleaned, with remnants of an orange stain on the tile. The drain was partially clogged in the shower, creating a pool in the bottom. We had to hold down the lever to flush the toilet. There was only one hand towel and one washcloth and no shampoo the first day, but the maid remedied that on day 2.
Every morning this whole first-floor condo wreaked of sewage. Not sure of the cause, but not pleasant.
The masterbedroom had a hole in the screen.
The screen slider at the patio door was broken. It wouldn't slide and left a crack at the top when closed. It also had a hole in the bottom,so we had flies get in.
The faucet on the kitchen sink has a flow/spray option but the button to toggle it back and worth was missing. There were no kitchen wash cloths or towels, just paper towels.
The condo was decorated nicely, but the furniture was worn and not to the same upscale standard as other Princesa condos we've stayed.
We will not rent this Seaside condo again. We've had better luck renting from private owners.
