Amazing room with 3 kings beds! Kids and adults had a blast! Kitchen had everything we needed and AC/fans worked great for the warm summer day. Food at the restaurant was great and same with the food at the pool.

We had the best quick weekend, just two nights, but we enjoyed every minute of it. The view from this room is so good. All the rooms have good views but something about this one..magnificent ! The patio is big, so it was perfect! can’t say it enough. The pools were excellent and employees so nice and work so hard all the time it seems. Will come back again no question.

Excellent place!

Loved the resort and the condo, the access to the shops/restaurants right outside the complex was a huge plus! Beach and pools were pristine, will definitely book again!

The large room was decorated very nicely, with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful beach view. Close to the stairs for one quick flight up or down and so close to the pool. Definitely recommend the room and the host was very responsive!

We enjoyed our stay and the Condo met our expectations. There was an issue with the dishwasher door and I notified the host. Excellent communication. This was not our first visit to Rocky Point. The condo was perfect for our long weekend.

Perfect

Highly recommend this gorgeous 3 bedroom condo located on the second floor right above the pool. Has everything you will need and communication with owners was excellent. Don’t hesitate and book, we’ll definitely be returning.

A we loved this property

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in Mexico! The place was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view that made every moment feel like a dream. The location was perfect...just steps from the pool and hot tub, which we took full advantage of. The host was super easy to work with (with great recommendations on places to eat) and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend...A experience!

Love this unit

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We stayed in 2021 I believe it was owned by someone else. This unit is spacious and bigger than any other unit we stayed in. Communication with the owners were excellent, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. We will for sure return again.

Sandy Beach great location

We’ve been vacationing at the Sonoran Sea for around 20 years. The location is great for us as it is close to Bandito’s and Chango’s. Now there are several new restaurants and retail nearby. The beach and the pool bar are our favorite spots. The resort is making some visible updates to the property - I noticed the new railings being installed and elevators. Our condo had some new furniture and newer appliances, which was nice.

The perfect spot

I was very impressed with how clean, well stocked and beautiful this condo is. I have no complaints on anything other than no hot water in shower..but it's Rocky Point and who needs hot water?! The location of this condo overlooks the pools and the ocean. Its beautiful. 2nd floor perfect access to everything. The owners are very responsive.

Oh no! No hot shower????? I am so sorry not to have known. There are 2 possibilities- the water heater has a switch strictly to turn the hot water on in the utility room. Perhaps the maid forgot to flip it up. The other possibility-the shower controls are often backwards. To the left is cold instead of hot as in US. To the right is hot. I am sorry we didn’t get that part right for you. We will do better next time.

SSE 2nd Floor Beauty

Highly recommend as it’s located on the second floor of the east building perfectly overlooking the adult pool area with beautiful views. Condo as described with everything you need. You can walk right over to Banditos, Changos or have an awesome steak dinner at Garrufas. There’s also a great restaurant onsite with delicious food and great happy hour. I’ve rented this condo 3 times and would do so again!! Owner communication is on point! Thank you!!

Couldn’t shower/bath/ and toilet clogged in the master bedroom

There was no water in the master bath so we were not able to shower or take a bath. We were able to use the sink. Also the master toilet was clogged and we had to clean all of it on our own. The resort didn’t send anyone to help us .

Everything about this experience was amazing. The condo and rooms were spacious and the view was absolutely perfect ! Pricing is very affordable and host was nice. Would definitely recommend booking.
