Needs attention to detail

The unit is upstairs on second floor. No where on the listing states this fact so my husband and son-in-law with bad knees had a very hard time. The beds were way too firm. A nice mattress topper and nicer linens and pillows would add a lot of comfort. Also we only had 1 towel per person for 3 days so extra towels would be really nice too. Overall the kitchen and coffee bar were great. TV and internet were very good too. Thanks so much.

Winter get away

First of all, the positives. Nice gated condo community with pools and spas. The grounds were very well kept. The host was very responsive when I had a question or problem. The negatives. Not filthy by any means but far from clean. The floors need a good scrubbing and the walls and especially the trim, need a good paint job. Vertical blinds were missing vanes in the bedroom and dining room. I told the host about this and she offered to replace them the next day. I guess I felt that this should be inspected and taken care of before it’s rented. This is an end second story unit with a nice balcony. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any patio furniture out there to sit on. You hear a lot of road noise from the 4 lane road outside the master bedroom. The condo is dated and could use some upgrades. It just wasn’t a comfortable place for us to just want to hang out in. We spent very little time there.

December family visit

The condo is spacious and very clean. Great location for my 19 day visit. The property owner was very responsive to our single concern about internet speed. The internet provider was changed while we were there, and the speeds provided excellent service for my daughter's remote work.
