Love the location

We loved the location!! A quick walk to the pickleball courts and a block from the Bellair driving range and golf course. Great neighborhoods to ride your bike and close to the grocery store and restaurants. A great area to sit outside for your morning coffee. Having the washer and dryer was an added bonus.

Super Condo!!!

Excellent location, well appointed condo. Very comfortable, every amenity you should need is here. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. This was my first VRBO stay, and the hosts were kind and patient with my questions while I figured out the process. Loved it, absolutely will stay here again.

January getaway

We were very pleasantly surprised with this condo by the golf course. It’s very close to Bell Avenue which has everything you could need there, while still being in a neighborhood. We had plenty of room to feel at home. We hope to come back here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stay at Belair

Property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and all questions answered promptly. Hot tub was not working and that was a big reason we chose this place to rent.

I apologize for the hot tub. We let you know the minute we found out. Very disappointing for us too. Part is on order and will be fixed ASAP.

Grate condo

We needed a place that was close to medical facilities and this place worked. It was comfortable, quiet, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to access. Would hesitate to rent it again if we were to return to Phoenix.

2nd time around......

We stayed here last year, and enjoyed it so much we came back! More than enough room for the two of us. Everything we needed was there. We are in AZ for Spring Training every year and this condo was close enough to almost all of the fields along with restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the TV's and Tiffany and Eric came over and fixed it the night we arrived. Very nice couple.

Thank you for your feedback, and so sorry to hear you were completely satisfied. It is common in Arizona, not to have doors on master bathrooms, but we will definitely take that into consideration. We have memory foam mattress toppers for extra comfort, but will check to see if they need replaced. This is the first complaint in years of hosting. Also, we do use fragrance free detergent because many of our guests have sensitivity to smells. If you would have reached out, we would have been happy to provide you with another set of sheets. Most hosts are happy to meet the needs of their guests, because good ratings are so important to our business.

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo close to grocery stores, convenience stores, big box stores, & fast food. I was glad to be able to use the washer/dryer on premises. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. I initially had an issue with the patio door not opening but the owner remedied the issue very quickly. The bathroom was a nice size to move onto for the week. The bed in the master bedroom was mostly comfortable but I would’ve preferred a firmer, less flimsy pillow. All in all I had a good stay and thought it was priced appropriately.
