Hello! We’re Mackenzie & Joe Thomas. We’re avid world travelers who have had the luxury of visiting over 17 countries around the world. We love exploring new cultures, meeting new people, tasting new flavors and experiencing everything that a new location has to offer. We’re husband and wife based out of San Diego, CA. When we’re not traveling, you can often find us exploring around with our two female boxers, Lucy & Ruby, or enjoying time away at our cabin in Big Bear, CA. We love hosting guests at our cabin because we love to share the magic of Big Bear. Our philosophy is that you shouldn’t have to pay inflated nightly fees or insane cleaning costs to be able to enjoy a weekend away.

It’s known for its tranquility and peacefulness, nestled in the towering pines of San Bernardino County. The walkability of the neighborhood is wonderful and just a short bike ride away from Big Bear Lake & The Village, making it the perfect place for a little getaway.

Sugar Pine Hollow is a charming cabin nestled within the towering pines of Big Bear & the surrounding San Bernardino Mountains. The humble cabin offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With a fully fenced backyard, it’s great for children and pets. The jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax after a full day of wilderness activities.
