Frisco's mini Resort Stay

Rather here on business or leisure our place is conveniently located in a upscale neighborhood in the heart of Frisco with a oversize pool next to a mall, many department stores PGA, Legacy West, Dallas Cowboy World Headquarters minutes away from entertainment and restaurants.

This space is approximately 30 mins from DFW airport
35 minutes from the Love Field Airport
40 minutes from Downtown Dallas
Check out time is 10am. Any time spent after 10:05am will be charged i.e $25 per hour (except previously agreed upon with host at booking)

-Pls put all white sheets (except white mattress cover and blankets), pillow cases, and towels in the washer and leave them washing. Detergent, softner and bleach can be found in the laundry space.
-Hand wash or leave dishes, silverwares, pots and cups used during your stay washing in the dish washer. Dish liquid soap can be found in the kitchen sink. Pods for dish washer can be found in the kitchen drawer under the kitchen sink.
Pls bare in mind that we do not not typically charge cleaning fees at booking to ensure that our guests get maximum value for their money, however, a $70 charge will be applied as cleaning fees if this isn't done before checking out. Thank you for your understanding.

If Any makeup, hair dye or permanent color from clothing damaged linen or furniture we will ask to be compensated. Early and late check in is $50
Please do not forget to register your car to avoid tow. Please do not park in the retail parking spots. Park in garage or around complex
We do not charge a cleaning fee, however if the check out instructions are not done we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of $150

Requested to check in place early at 2pm due to early arrival in Frisco. Door code was incorrect on check in instructions and had to contact customer care to contact host in which code was then provided. Host did allow later check out and we checked in to Aloft next door. Place was in nice location however place could have been cleaner. Dish drain and dishwasher had horrible smell and there were no cleaning supplies. Apartment also had short hair everywhere and had a lot of dust.

Your comments regarding the dishwasher odor, dish drain, and general cleanliness have been addressed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure this does not occur again. We’ve also updated our inspection process and supply checklist to prevent similar concerns in the future. We truly value guest feedback as it helps us improve. Great little apartment

We had a little issue when we arrived, however; the property owner was very responsive and made it right. Great location. Only suggestion would be to have a welcome book. Small apartment but fit me and my 10 year old just fine. Quiet community, plenty of parking. Located really close to shopping, food and very short drive to the Ford center at the star.

Expected more

Great location for our event. Detailed descriptions on finding and accessing the property. Ad promised ironing board, shampoo and soap but wasn’t there. Alerted host who promised to come by with it…but didn’t. Bed had our feet above our heads and discovered the next day it was broken. Host promised to check on it but didn’t. Price was great but lots of room for improvement. Be careful before renting this one.

Hey Greg…as previously noted. I was unaware the bed was broken and was not reported from previous guest that check out that morning. It’s very hard to make repairs while your still staying since you was checking out the next day, I advised you it was a sofa sleeper pull out bed or if wanting to check out early I would credit, you decided to stay. Current repairs have been made and we’re continuing to get book and great stays

Hated it, but not entirely their fault!

We entered the apartment, after a very difficult time finding it, (although we had been given very specific directions),sat on the sofa, looked around and just really hated it. We left the property and did not return. I requested at least a partial refund, but was totally denied. Now that being said, my husband and I were here to celebrate a significant anniversary and really were hoping for something much nicer. The apartment was very tiny, I feel sorry for people that have to live in these. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished. The TV and wi-fi were not working which was extremely frustrating. I have a business that I need to have wi-fi access for. I had to leave the building to even use my phone. I did contact VRBO who put me in contact with Kim. She was extremely responsive and changed out the modem right away. All in all a very disappointing experience! Almost makes me want to swear off VRBO altogether...

Melody thanks for your review as we previously spoken. As far as the unit EVERYTHING was explained and described as listed, sorry your expectations wasn’t met. The address is posted as well where you could easily do a google search. Every complaint you had was met. Wi-Fi was working great after modem change. As far as the partial deposit we have a policy to hold and if it was cancelled properly threw Vrbo and dates was unblocked for other bookings you would have been issued a full deposit.
