Host was great with communicating. Perfect location! I had parking available. Has three large rooms with plenty of space. Nice open living kitchen area, comfortable beds.

Great home away from home! What you see is what you get! Communication was thorough and quick! Check-in and check-out was seamless. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great experience 🙏

We had a wonderful stay! The early check-in was a lifesaver, allowing us to settle in comfortably after a long journey. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Great space!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood! My daughter, myself and 20 month old grandson stayed for 5 days. It was a lovely place to be while we spent time w family. The furniture and space is well thought out and the bedrooms are quite large with plenty of storage. The bathroom is also quite spacious! I love the open concept in the common areas. We will be staying here again. 10 out of 10 recommended

The space was perfect for us. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit congested so the driveway and garage was a plus. My biggest concerns were the front door issues and cleanliness on the inside of the property. The refrigerator along with other areas of the house were not clean unfortunately.

I’m not sure what she’s talking about with the front door. Keyless entry works great. I also have pictures from the cleaner timestamped from just before she checked in, house is clean

The Colony

My six year old son, me, and my mom traveled from Colorado to Dallas for my son to have a really big surgery. This property was 8 minutes from the surgery center and was so close to everything. It has a garage and places to park easily. It's close to food to eat out and had plenty of space for all that we needed. We really enjoyed staying there and plan to stay there again. The property manager was so kind and always got back to us quickly. It was a great place.

Cute colony house

Beautiful house in the colony. Three bedroom and one bathroom. Lots of space in the bathroom but the outlets did not work. There were no other mirrors in the house so getting six girls ready for the evening was difficult. Overall house was as pictured and clean. However the floors felt a little grimy.

There is a mirror in the bedroom (see listing pictures) it’s above the vanity. The outlets in the bathroom do work. If she tripped the gfci, simply reset the gfci plug. Floors are always cleaned in between guests.

great host!

the host was amazing she was very responsive and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! The house was good. my family and i visit in october so it was a little chilly, the blankets were a little thin (also has very functional air/heating system, so not a huge deal) the only mirrors in the house were in the bathroom (i visited with all my sisters lol) she was soo sweet she offered to send a broom right away because we wanted to keep the place tidy. she was AMAZING with all of our request! we will be booking this home again (if she allows us) because of the location and host!

Not a vacation home

This property was okay for sleeping at night, but no one would want to hang out here during the day, especially outside. I parked in the TINY garage, and my friend slept in the room closest to the driveway, hoping she would wake up if anyone messed with her car. The place is tidy and fresh, but the cheap items, like the rusting coffee maker and particle board nightstand, will not last long. The greatest disappointment was that we rented a home instead of staying in a hotel so we could cook our meals, but the old non-stick pots and pans are so terribly scratched that we didn't want our food in them. I do not like writing bad reviews, but I don't want someone else to be surprised like I was. I should have better researched the area before I booked this home.
