Let your Puerto Rico adventure begin at our Condo in Fajardo. This is the perfect setting for your family's get together or romantic get away.
As you enter the open but cozy apartment, you can enjoy the SPECTACULAR ocean view and marina from our spacious balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cooking essentials you may need for your stay. Free WiFi in the condo. TV in all bedrooms. A/C in all bedrooms Washer and Dryer for added convenience.
The condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, hotels and casinos, beaches, rainforests, marinas and the Fajardo Ferry--which takes you to the beautiful islands of Culebra and Vieques. Walmart and other major supermarkets are within 5 miles.
The gated community is maned 24/7.

A great oasis

After a few days in Culebra, it was nice to stay at such a big and nice place. Our kids loved the facilities and we enjoyed the extra room and amenities.

Family vacation in Fajardo

We had 6 people stay at this property and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property was located in a very convenient area to get to many different touristy places.

Absolutely perfect

This condo is exactly what we were looking for. The size of the place is way larger than the pictures do justice for. Very relaxing, almost nobody at any of the pools and walking distance ocean. Definitely will be back, thanks for the A, 5 star, 10/10 hospitality. Can't wait to be back!

Terrific!

This condo is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We loved the balcony especially! The location was very convenient for water activities and rainforest adventures. Would highly recommend choosing this condo.

Perfect!

This condo met all of our family's needs perfectly. It was quiet, secure, spacious, very clean and well equipped. We spent mornings enjoying the views from the balcony which almost always had a refreshing gentle breeze. The balcony and the complex's pools were great for relaxing at night after days full of adventure. The whole complex was well kept and secure. The location was extremely convenient...easy 7 minute drive to Seven Seas Beach and Biobay tour, and an easy less than 30 minute drive to Ceiba ferry and El Yunque. Lots of great restaurants and a beer garden nearby, as well as short hikes to other beautiful beaches. The condo was so well supplied we only had to buy food and drink. The welcome snacks and beverage were much appreciated. Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. In sum, the condo allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation stress free and we found it to be a great value. If we come to the Fajardo area again this would be my first choice without question.

Pena Mar Condo

We stayed for 10 days and had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the ACs all worked great. No dishwasher but didn't mind doing the dishes by hand- we cooked a lot in. Location is nice- close to grocery stores, Walmart, etc and close to 7 seas beach and lots of different restaurants.

Great views!

We came to town for a family function and didn’t have much time at the condo but it was perfect for what we needed! Close to all events and places, well appointed. The balcony views were relaxing when we had the time! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is on the first floor, in between the pool with the slide and infinity pool. It was easy to access with kids and elders. The view was of the marina and ocean was amazing! Dana was easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly. She left us a wonderful welcome package with snacks for the kids and wine. We will definitely stay there again.

Comfort with a view

We enjoyed our stay at Peña Mar. The condo is spacious comfortable and all the amenities are provided. They also provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, they get bonus points for this. There are 3 or 4 pools on grounds and several beaches within a short drive. We enjoyed Luquillo Beach. The marina is directly across the street and we enjoyed an excursion on the Barefoot catamaran. The rainforest is 20 minutes away, and we had an excursion there as well. There were a few minor issues with two sink fixtures I made Dana aware and she offered to send a plumber out right away. The issue did not need immediate attention and I ask that they wait until we check out and she agreed. The only suggestion I have is the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, but this would not stop me from rebooking this apartment.

Apartment lacks certain things.

Unfortunately the apartment was not too impressive. The communal bathroom had mildewy shower liner and curtain which meant my daughter had to bathe in master bathroom delaying anytime we had planned that day. For the apartment being a 3 bedroom, it lacked a dresser in bedroom 2, a dishwasher and board games. These things are important for those traveling with a larger family. Aside from mildewy shower curtains the apartment was clean. The manager was responsive when contacted and the resort was beautiful. Easy access to restaurants and close to many attractions. We would visit resort again, but possibly with another owner.

Beautiful view and very safe

We loved our stay here. Our kids loved the balcony with the hammock and just relaxing, soaking up the atmosphere. The bonus of the pool and gym were a favorite for us. It was clean and we felt very safe here. Dana was wonderful to work with!

Fantastic stay

Great property close to restaurants and the marina. This was our first visit and we felt like we had hit a home run. Fajardo has many restaurants and attractions close by. It is far enough away from San Juan to escape the hubbub but close enough to drive to for day trips. It is close to the rainforest and the marina has tours that go to the neighboring islands. The condo was clean, well stocked with pots & pans, has a great view of the harbor. We plan to stay here again.

Wonderful Time at Pena Mar

We had a wonderful stay at Pena Mar. The condo was clean and spacious. We especially loved the views from the balcony. The property has great pools that my kids loved. Dana was an excellent host and got back to us quickly with all our questions. We hope to come back and stay again.

Amazing Views and Location

We have stayed at this condo many times before and continue to come back because of its cleanliness, great communication with the owner and fantastic location. The views are hard to beat and the amenities inside and outside the condo are just perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and everything needed to make it feel like home is there for your convenience. We love staying there so much that when is not available we move our dates to make sure we get to stay in this beautiful place. We hope to make a come back before this year ends and enjoy our stay as we always do.

Great place to stay in Fajardo

This condo at the Pena Mar Ocean Club was a wonderful place to stay. The complex itself was very secure so we had absolutely no worries. Dana was wonderful to work with as she was very quick to respond to the various questions that we asked and her answers and suggestions were very helpful. The condo itself was very clean, modernized and well stocked with everything that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Fajardo!

Great family vacation rental!

Dana's condo is a great location for a family vacation which is exactly what we used it for. We had two children ages 11 and 16 with us and they loved the pools and the balcony hammock. The location was a short drive (10 minutes) to Seven Seas Beach where we did some snorkeling. We also visited El Yunque using Louie's Tours (recommended!) which was an amazing day. We also visited Playa Azul Beach (20 minute drive) and Isla Verde Beach (45 minute drive), both of which were beautiful and worth the drive! Our other adventure was traveling to Old San Juan and Fort El Morro, this can be an all day excursion to see the fort and then explore Old San Juan. We definitely would stay in this condo again if we decide to go back to Puerto Rico. Dana was very responsive while we were there although we didn't encounter any issues, just had some questions. The check in/check out process was easy and access through the gated entrance was a breeze! Thanks again for letting us share your tropical island!

Amazing

Dana’s condo is spacious, clean as a whistle, modern and airily furnished, befitting the gorgeous view of the sea and a marina from the balcony. We felt immediately at home, finding complimentary beverages, helpful tourist info, toiletries and full guidelines on using Pena Mar’s excellent facilities. A television in each bedroom was a special feature, but we all bunked together on a king-bed for the Super Bowl for which Dana had kindly confirmed beforehand the channel showing it. We had an accompanying infant, so the easy walk-in at the same level from the parking lot was really appreciated. Entering and exiting the property’s gate was a breeze, once the guards knew us. The condo’s proximity to all the beauty of eastern PR was so wonderfully convenient -- tourist sites (Seven Seas beach, San Juan Headlands/ lighthouse, El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo kiosks), the ferry (to Vieques for its biobay and Culebra for its snorkeling and beaches), and the Fajardo shopping plaza (for WalMart, Econo supermarket, Walgreen and Sizzler). Dana was a responsive and accommodating host throughout, including leaving the condo key for us at our requested location in Old San Juan and agreeing after our departure to send our deposit to a local charity. Would definitely stay at this amazing vacation rental again. Grant & Olwen

Home away from home :-)

What a lovely location... This condo truly felt like home. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do, including the bioluminescent bay and a short drive to Seven Seas beach! We never wanted to leave. Thanks Dana for a wonderful stay and the complimentary beverages! Only note is that the hot tub by the Infinity pool wasn't very warm. Other than that, the property was well maintained and security was good. The condo itself was wonderful. Hope to stay again!!

A little piece oh heaven!

We were so happy to find this gem in Puerto Rico The condo has a great location, great views , super peaceful. We were able to relax and enjoy the amenenities of Pena Mar. My teenagers loved having their space and own TV. My husband and I enjoyed the lazy afternoons by the balcony. We are already planning our return. Good job Dana!

Loved this place!!

We recently traveled to PR for the first time and decided to stay in Fajardo. We fell in love with the area. Dana's place was just as it looks in the pictures. She was great to deal with, very professional and friendly. The property is very nice and the infinity pool was nice to come back to after a long hike in the rain forest. We hope to return in the next year or two and would stay in this property again. The Franco Family:)
