Townhome is found on a quiet residential street featuring 4 levels of living and central air. This space can be used as a one bedroom with a 1st floor living room and top floor office, 1.5 baths and lower level. When being used as a two bedroom, there will be a 1st floor living room, 1.5 baths and lower level.

**Please note, you must walk through the main bedroom, and use the spiral staircase to access the third floor bedroom.

The first floor of the town home features kitchen with dining area and living room, second floor bedroom offers a queen sized bed and full bathroom. The top floor offers a full sized bed, flat screen TV and a desk. Lower level features a half bath, desk, and a sofa that turns into a sleeper sofa.

23 Jay Street is a 7-minute walk from the Red Line at the Central stop.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
