We are minutes away from the West Oakland Farmers Market, close all major AC transit lines and BART, as well as many local cafe's and restaurants

The Space:
To elaborate, this is a studio not a home. The building itself is set up like a collection of townhouse-style buildings with 5 separate studio suites. Each studio has a private bedroom area, bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and countertop 2-burner hot plate, so you can easily cook from inside the studio. The first-floor common area has the main kitchen, dining table, and laundry. All property doors are access-controlled via a key fob, and only you will be able to access your private studio door. There is one studio on the first floor, two on 2nd, and two on 3rd.

West Oakland, CA! Short walk to Bart.

Getting Around:
Close to BART, plenty of street parking, and available bike parking!
