We appreciate all the efforts by Alex. It was a average stay of 3 nights. I’ll go pros and cons +we had an access to kitchen and it was fully equipped with utensils. -it’s an old house so there’s a weird smell at the entry hall. +parking was not a problem and there were Mexican grocery shops around. we were able to access food and beverages easily. - our room is little small, we had to open the bags in the living room, if there were other guests that would have been impossible for us to fit, all our belongings at the room itself. +Fast speed Wi-Fi. Apple TV big screen tv, washing and drying machines And heater are available And functions very well. So after all, it was a above average stay for us. Thanks for everything Alex

Good house, it's not updated but its clean and comfortable. Good location near Fruitvale neighborhood. Great if you're laid back, tho probably not best fit for someone picky or particular about their surroundings, we're Latino so we felt right at home. Thanks for the stay, Alex!
