Guests who do bring a boat can reach the Gulf of Mexico or Homosassa Springs, via the canal, in approximately 15-20 minutes enjoying amazing Florida views along the way. The boat lift on property; however, is not for guest use.
Also, guests may use the (2) parking spots in the driveway. Per our HOA, we may not have any boat trailers in the driveway; however, you can park at the nearby Riverhaven Marina for a nightly fee.
