This gem has 2 master bedrooms upstairs each with own bathroom. 1/2 bath down and only steps away from the pool and hot tub out the Lani that seems like your own. End unit, overlooking the saltwater canal with boat dock and access to the Gulf. Fun fishing off the dock and occasional sights of dolphins. This is a very beautiful and clean condo, Kitchen, dining, and living room downstairs with view to pool area. Ft Meyers beach and Sanibel Island only 20min drive along with so much more. Bimini bay just a short walk and if in a boat only 20mins to the Gulf! We would love to invite you to our home away from home and hope you have a wonderful stay!

Thank you for looking at our property. My husband and I are not quite retired and would love to see someone enjoy our beautiful condo thru the winter months. We love the many areas to dine, the weekend market, sightseeing, and the wonderful beaches. Bring your boat and you can cruise the Gulf for fishing or just plain relaxation! We love to see people get out and enjoy southern Florida it's like home away from home. Welcome!

Our condo is in an area that is so easy to get around in the Cape, my husband and I both say "We really don't have to go anywhere when we vacation because we have everything right here." Yacht club and the boat house are minutes away, Lobster Lady, Ford's garage, Tiki Hut, Fathoms and Rumrunners and so much more just minutes away. Have your boat ready on the dock just a few steps from your Lani. After a full day grab your towel and hit the hot tub or pool for a refreshing moonlit night.

Our property has always been kept very clean and we only open it up occasional. We have most everything you would need while on vacation, just bring your toothbrush and clothing. One stall garage that will fit a small vehicle, an extra refrigerator is also available for your use, if need be, in the garage.
