Pleasant

Property was good only downfall the washer didn’t work which I contacted the owner and he was suppose to send someone to look at it or switch it out and he never sent anyone which I thought was kind of rude. Otherwise very nice place and stay was great.

This place needs a total renovation. Very outdated and not clean.

This place is outdated not clean the washer sounds like it’s going to get up and walk out the door. The carpet is black. There is mold in the bathroom. No paper towels no starter cleaning supplies.

Dirty, broken

Dirty place w/broken dirty rusty washer and dirty rusty microwave, mold in shower, no wifi, no hot tub, no microwave dishes, no oven pans,bugs on the window sills, no cleaning supplies. Enough said? Looking for a refund !

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We do understand that this unit is older but it is far from dirty. We checked this unit as soon as you checked out and there was most definitely no mold or bugs anywhere in the unit. We have a professional pest service that we work with to ensure we do not have these issues. We do understand that there may be some items that we may need to add to the unit as you were one of the first guests to stay with us since w started renting them out and we appreciate you letting us know of those things such as the oven pans and cleaning supplies. We would have been more than happy to bring those items to you however when we responded to your message we never heard back. Once again I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and if you ever come back to the Myrtle Beach Area please be in contact with us and we would love to make it up to you.

The refrigerator was broken apon arrival and took 2 days before they would come look at it. The floor was sticky and the sheets were dirty with brown stains on them. The door to one bedrooms handle is broken an i was trapped inside untill my girlfriend came back from the store to let me out. This is the worst place ive ever stayed. The only thing that saves it is the short walk to the beach.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This complex is just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Once you take a right out of the parking lot the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is staring right back at you. Here on the south end of the beach things are much quieter and not in the hustle and bustle you find on the north end.
