The host, Peter was very responsive when coordinating a late check-in, which was seamless. The apartment was spotless and as advertised. It was well located with a great breakfast restaurant next door, a Walgreens and Market down the street and on a bus route to Old San Juan, Peter was very flexible and helpful when we got locked out, coming quickly to help us. Highly recommended.

This apartment is located at a great location. Restaurants and Casinos are walking distance from the apartment. I can say, the apartment is very clean and comfortable for 2 people, however, the slide door needs to be fixed. difficult to d

San Juan exploring, launch point, excellent value

Property was clean, convenient, well stocked. We had everything that we needed for our stay. We were out most of the time exploring the island. When we came back we prepared simple meals and heated up restaurant leftovers. The location is convenient to restaurants. I enjoyed the pool

Perfect Location

The apartment was well stocked. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. The place is in the middle of the best part of Condado. We couldn’t have been happier with this spot.

Puerto Rico Getaway

We stayed at this property five years ago and loved it so much we stayed there again! It was just as great as the first time! It is located a short walk from the beach, near a lot of fun activities and is just a $7 Uber from Old San Juan! If you are looking for a great place to stay do not second guess and book this location!

Great location

We really enjoyed this location. Beautiful view of the beach, and on a strip with plenty of restaurants and stores. The owners were great to work with and communication was easy if any questions arose. I highly recommend this property!!

Condado Puerto Rico

A few complaints that others need to be aware of: we rented a car and there is no parking available, also the street is a main drag and Friday and Saturday nights the noises are deafening. At 1 am my husband went out and said “shut the f up” There is no insulation in the windows and the noises really carry.

Wrecked a scooter in Puerto Rico

The owner and facilitator were exceptionally responsive to our questions and needs. The building closed the hot tub and did not tell the owner so it was promptly removed from the listing as soon as I told them. I also ended up wrecking a scooter on our last day and had to go to the ER. Peter packed the rest of our stuff up and was very accommodating to my handicap needs. He even drove us to the airport! Great location!

Great urban location with beach access

This apartment is in a great location if you want city life vibes plus walking distance to the beach. You can sit on the balcony with your breakfast and enjoy the ocean view or you can head across the street and walk to the beach. The apartment is perfect size for a couple. There is a small kitchen area. But with all of the restaurants within walking distance, who wants to cook? The host were fabulous when it came to communicating, check in was super easy, and they made sure to provide timely responses to my questions. It is best if you do not have a car because you need to park on the street and it can be hard to find free parking . Parking in a parking garage can get expensive. We had a rental car, but turned it in and decided to Uber everywhere.

Great location and nearby ammenities

The condo was clean, well stocked and a great location. Our only critique is the futon wasn’t very comfortable to sit on to watch tv and chill in the room.

22nd Anniversary

Property was ok, perfect amount of space for 2 people, looked exactly like the photos, was in walking distance to EVERYTHING!! Apartment was stocked with everything you need..sort of like a real home away from home. All appliances worked good..shower water was hot..you’ll definitely need a good hot shower after exploring Condado!!

Best location!!!!

Super convenient location. Very clean. Didn’t see any type of pesty bugs. I read reviews for some places about bugs so i looked through the reviews thoroughly and didn’t see any mentioning it here because it’s true. CLEAN. No need to pack beach towels they are provided. Was able to pack lighter. Coffee filters were provided, I bought coffee and brewed it a few times with no problem. Also used the blow dryer and the iron had no problems. All the lights and outlets worked. Air conditioner kept us cool when in the room. Shower/bath ran nice and hot. Felt very safe here. Nice pool area which has a bathroom which is super convenient. I can’t stress enough that this is exactly where you want to be. Everything is walking distance. I have no regrets and would definitely stay here again!!! I really appreciate the owners for keeping this place clean and for it serving it’s purpose perfectly. Great hosts
