Located next to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico, with direct access to one of the best urban beaches in the world, we offer you a hidden gem.

Enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean from the 18th-floor balcony while you have breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning. The apartment, the pool and surrounding areas have been beautifully renovated.

The apartment is fully equipped with Smart TV, stateside cable stations, and free wifi. There is a magnificent King size bed.

The building has 24 x 7 security, and there is available parking.

The building has a power generator for common area lights and elevators.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Condo has excellent security. Restaurants, hotels within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it.

Very Good communication. Comfortable room. Great view. Well stocked. Loved using the provided beach chairs. Great beach access. Parking was very convenient. Definitely touristy section of town. Eating places were more of a walk up than drive to. If we were just going close by Ubers would have been better than a car. But we had planned some trips outside the city. I would have liked to had some washcloths. And showers were usually Luke warm to cold. But I would stay there again.

The property was very clean and was plenty of room for a couple. This property is so close to everything that was needed. Security was always around doing their jobs. No problems at all with the property or the owners they were always quick to respond and let us stay a little longer than checkout because it was not rented the day we left and that was very nice to accommodate us til time to get our flight home. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Amazing 5-star stay!

If you’re looking to visit PR on a budget this is the perfect room to book! It was in a great location to visit the beach and take very short Ubers to old PR and sight seeing. The room was very clean with all amenities that were advertised. 5/5 will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Best condo the Caribbean has to offer.

Building is in a great area close to everything you expect to see in a metropolitan city. This is the only place I stay when going to PR. and look forward to many more trips. The room has a spectacular view!!!

Love Puerto Rico!

The location was great! 3 minute walk to beach. We had a view of the ocean which was wonderful. A few things need to be upgraded though…towels were pretty worn and we had trouble getting hot water in the kitchen. The building is great and we had a marvelous time!

This was my boyfriend's first time staying in a vacation rental and I've stayed at numerous ones but he absolutely loved it. The condo has an amazing view from the bed. It's walking distance to many restaurants and just a short uber ride to Old San Juan, the airport, and other attractions. He said he would love to stay here again on our next visit to San Juan.

The place was just as listed. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the full experience due to a power outage on the island. The host did reimburse us some of our stay because we had to end our trip early. For that we were grateful.

Quick get away

the place is nice, the beaches are great, we have stayed in puerto rico several times always in the same general location. Guards can be more friendly, it was always difficult when we used Uber. Host was also great

1st time to area

First time to Puerto Rico enjoyed having a home base bed was comfortable. View from the patio was wonderful. Could be updated a bit, but in reality we're not there that often, and it was clean we. Enjoyed our stay greatly Raphael. Communicated wonderfully we appreciate everything
