We always want every guest to have the best vacation. We are sorry to hear you had these issues and we have reported them to the homeowner association whom manages the grounds and common areas. Per Florida Law, we are unable to provide any cleaning supplies. However, we do provide a welcome kit with a sponge, dish soap, a packet of dishwasher detergent, and a packet of laundry detergent for our guests’ convenience. There should have also been a roll of paper towels, and two bags per trash can. We encourage our guests to contact us if items are missing. We are sorry this property did not meet your expectations. We invite you to one of our many other vacation rentals at another resort property on your next visit. We hope you give us another chance to earn your loyalty.

This is one of our most popular condos at Jade East, so we are a little surprised at the comments. We apologize that we did not hear of any of these issues while you were here as most could have been remedied immediately.
