Decent property with very attentive host!

The space is actually two hotel rooms. Enter a hall and there are two doors. One leads to a room with two beds, bathroom and a mini fridge. The other doors leads to a condo with two bedrooms/baths, family room and a kitchen. Sort of an odd setup and clear that first room is rented on its own at times. The unit is tired and well used. It needs an overhaul. It’s not awful, but it’s time to be redone. I will say it was mostly clean. The resort is well appointed but not very clean. Finger prints all over the windows/doors and just not kept up well. Not awful, just not as good as it could be. Overall, an average experience. The high spot was the host. Very helpful and communicative!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We appreciate your honesty and are grateful for your positive comments about the host. We're sorry to hear that the layout of the space felt a bit unusual and that the unit didn't meet your expectations in terms of maintenance. It sounds like there are some areas where improvements are needed, and we'll certainly take that into account as we continue to enhance the guest experience. We’re glad to hear the space was mostly clean and that the resort has potential, though we agree that a bit more attention to detail could make a big difference. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve, and we hope your next experience is much more enjoyable!
